Arrived late at night, maybe midnight, after a wedding. We booked the room that day too, paid in full. Not sure if this place has had issues with people using this place for "adult work" or something because when we arrived (me, female, and my friend, male) I had to sign paperwork saying my name and why we were staying. We were asked a ton of questions about what we were doing and why we were arriving so late. I felt like they thought I was a working girl and it was quite offensive. I've never ever seen a hotel make the person NOT PAYING sign something. We were tired and ready for bed but it took over 15 minutes convincing the check-in guy that we were, i don't even know, i can't even comprehend why they would ask all these obscene questions. Room was fine, like i said we barely stayed, just needed a bed for the night. But arriving late and dressed nicely clearly was a red flag for them?? Very, very strange experience.

I requested a handicapped room which appears to have been recently renovated. The good was I got a first floor handicapped room # 111. The bad was the overall room lighting and the desk task lighting were too weak. The ugly, the toilet was not handicapped height. My legs know the difference. I think when they renovated, they did not replace the toilet. Will not return.

DONT BOTHER!!! Here now 7/25/24 after long drive to visit my son. The Pool is dirty, toilet seat disgusting, fitness room unclean no hot water for bath (Luke warm at best). Called front desk & put on hold. Guy never called back. I'm not well and it took a lot to make the trip. Tired and was looking forward to this getaway.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Free breakfast. Convenient neighborhood. Breakfast coffee and tea were appreciated. Would especially like to thank Daniella in housekeeping and Raeven at front desk for being especially helpful and nice.

Driving back to Michigan from Georgia and needed a place to stop overnight. Front desk checked us in and explained the amenities. Both the room and bathroom were clean. Bed comfy. Towels scratchy. Light on nightstand had a burnt out bulb so traded it out with the floor lamp. Unfortunately the room was down by the ice machine (which faced out into the hallway) and it was hit three times after midnight. It was loud and echoed. Kept hearing a low whooshing noise and finally figured out it was the mini fridge.
