Hampton Inn & Suites Asheville Biltmore Village

This is a 5-story hotel with 2 Schindler elevators that ran well but were slow. We stayed 3 nights. The maid only comes every other day. We told them not to come & just picked up towels, etc. from the front desk without a problem. Our room was a normal 2 queen with a mini fridge, coffee maker and a microwave. The room also had a safe (we did not use it). Everything was clean and everything worked very well. The ice machine on the floor also worked well. They had a standard continental breakfast with 2 waffle machines, potatoes, meat, and eggs. They have decaf coffee and Equal sweetener. I would stay here again.

This is one of my favorite places in Asheville. Its proximity to Biltmore is key in that it is easy to reach the estate and enjoy visits there as an annual Passholder. I wish to compliment Mayra and Robin at the front desk as well as the property itself. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Planning a return trip soon and hope to find they are still there with their kind hospitality!

Definitely 5-star all the way. This pet friendly hotel stands miles above others. Extremely friendly staff, warm greetings on each enter and exit, comfortable beds, very, very clean rooms, very good hot breakfast. Well located for all tourism in the Asheville area.

Absolutely amazing stay. Jasmine was beyond wonderful. She greeted me with smiles upon checking in and was so helpful. She remembered me and my Son every time she would see us in the lobby. She also helped with suggestions of things to do while in town. The room was exactly how it was pictured online & every employee I had interaction with was so nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when we are back in town.

We know what to expect with Hampton Inns. Positives ... very clean, very close to the Biltmore Estate (a few minutes ride), close the freeway, nice outdoor sitting area off lobby and pool, parking lot well-lit and Robin was so pleasant at check-in that we felt appreciated as a guest. Our room was nice and large enough for two. Sofa, assuming sleeper, would make for a tight squeeze. Need at least 3-4 more hangers. Bathroom VERY large and vent worked great when taking a shower (no tub in room 314). Negatives ... given the heat and humidity of Asheville during our visit, adults who've been at the Biltmore Estate during the day might look forward to a refreshing, relaxing swim when returning to the hotel. However, one would think the pool would not be loaded with ice blocks! For an adult (and I'm a regular lap-swimmer), the water was so cold that the farthest I could enter was my knees! WTH! The pool is unusable for anyone over age 13 unless you want to experience a "cold plunge". The bar has two beer choices ... Modelo and Bud Light. You know what to expect for the inclusive breakfast. If visiting in the fall/winter when heat and humidity a little lighter, this is a well-appointed hotel if the Biltmore visit is your priority.

Very clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Grounds are well maintained and pleasing. Biltmore Village is about a quarter of mile from the hotel entrance. I stayed only 5th floor on the back side of the hotel and it was extremely quiet. Broke a lifetime record for sleeping late- slept in until just after 10:00 a.m.
