I stayed at this hotel for 8 days for work. The hotel is right of off I40. There are lots of choices when it comes to food. There is even a grocery store no more than 3 miles from the hotel. It was very quiet and the staff was both helpful and friendly. Would definitely go back! It is definitely a hidden gem.

Amazing staff always helpful i have been staying here almost a year now and haven’t had any issues. Everyone is very kind and willing to help me whenever I need it. Been a great alternative to having a lease and more affordable than a place to rent too

Beds are way more comfortable than most hotels . The staff is friendly and helpful . The rooms are always clean and I like the fact that all entrances to the hotel is locked and you have to have a key to get in . The lobby stays clean and I see them cleaning the elevator sometimes and lot of hotels do not do that

Clean safe place to stay weither your living or staying few days the staff are amazing spectly Jennifer she makes you feel like family she gose above and beyond for guest I love her if you need anything she is the person to go she will point you in the right direction

Hi my name is Frances I was just looking through these reviews I just do not understand why people say the things they say that is not true i have been staying at the WoodSprings on Monte Vista road in Asheville North Caroilna for two years i have never been happy there all of the staff is friendly and will help you anyway they can .I think if you get kick out there you are the problem also if you are not happy or if you need anything go to the office they will help you if they can all i can say woodsprings staff on monte vista you all rock .

The hotel was clean, the room was well kept and clean also. The front desk staff was so nice including the General Manager. I was recolating to the area and I stayed in the hotel for quite a while and was never uncomfortable or unhappy with anything with my stay. Would recommend to others.

Me and my family have been here for over a year and we have had the best experience while we have been here the staff has been exceptional and have always helped us when we need it and they are always smiling and hospitable

All staff was amazing and very nice and accommodating. It was easy to check in, laundry room was nice and clean. I would absolutely stay again. And will be telling oeople about my stay.It was very quiet and comfortable.

Great staff love Jennifer she goes above and beyond. All other staff are wonderful aswell Rooms are wonderful and the management keeps place safe and secure. Any issues come up Jennifer is on top of it.
