had a great stay at this hotel, awesome location, everyone on the staff was so helpful and friendly. Nate on the valet service was outstanding. We had a road bike needing to be stored a couple of times and he took such great care of the bike for us. He genuinely cares about his customer’s. We will most definitely stay here again.

Check in was difficult. The guest representative did not greet or acknowledge me for some time despite my standing in front of him. No eye contact either. The room was large and welcoming though, until I noted that there were no luggage stands or any place or ledge to hold luggage. So, a floor, a chair, or a bed were the only alternatives. Uncomfortable. The knee height corners of the platform bed are enough to cripple you if you mistakenly get too close. I did and had to throw myself onto the bed before I fell to the floor to grapple with the pain. The bathroom was also large. But a 4X6 shower which is more than enough room for two large people to shower together was a ridiculous waste of space that could have been designed instead to accommodate a towel receptacle or a bathmat holder. Two wall knobs were available for hanging items in the bathroom, but that is not enough for hand towels and bath towels in a King Room. I wanted to use the room phone to call the front desk as there was only 1 coffee cup in a room with two guests. The phone was not working. While I stood at the front desk to check out the phone rang and the representative took the call which lasted at least 5-6 minutes. There must have been a hold button available so she could deal with a guest at the desk before discussion with a remote guest. But, she didn’t press it. Note to IHG: More training needed! Keep in mind that there is no self park available. Plus a tip-If you order the 3 egg omelet at the restaurant expect a single egg crepe with your choice of filling. Ridiculous false description. Maybe quail eggs?
