Theft : My wedding rings were stolen from The room by staff and they are denying a claim. They have been very unhelpful , barely doing anything to recover the items and not not forthcoming with defiantly outside thrift courts . Their insurance if course is denying claim . Other rooms has items missing by staff also Your mad to go here / no safe in rooms means whatever You own will likely be taken

The staff was a pleasure to deal with. It appears the building is being updated with a fresh, modern design. The location is excellent—within easy walking distance to dining and bars.

Rob at the front desk reached out to me in the most helpful meaningful fashion I have experienced in a very long time. I also found Patty and Mary Ann to have very caring demeanors. I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat, due to the quality of staffing

Tired hotel in an excellent location. Other than the waitress at Writer’s Cafe the staff is unengaged. Others have noted the need for repairs around the property. It’s good that a sink with a large crack still works. Breakfast is not expensive but mediocre. Marriott is known for their breakfast potatoes—but not the soggy ones at the steam table. Other guests have complained about the $25 parking fee, but I thought it ok given the downtown location and scarcity of street parking.

Great location! Comfy beds. A few notes.
This hotel is in a great location and you can walk downtown if you'd like. The views are wonderful. We could see the mountains and the Grove Park Inn from our 11th floor window. You can they remodeled an older property because of some holdovers like an older toilet, slanting floors, etc. One elevator was down, leading to waits. But overall, a really good stay for the price. Note, you will pay for parking at this property. $30 to valet, $25 to self park. Take the breakfast if it is offered to you with your stay at a discount! It was very good and reasonable if you add it on when booking. We only paid $10.
