Diana was gracious, kind, inviting and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome in her home. From the scrumptious breakfasts to the nightly snacks, no detail is forgotten. We love the proximity to downtown and love the walk to Asheville shops as well as the short distances to all that you can take in. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay- I’m sure we will be back!!

A great start to 2025 when we stayed at this bed-and-breakfast for the first two nights. The stay, the experience, the hospitality et all was par excellence. Less than a mile away from downtown in a beautiful neighborhood and the house had great character. On arrival, Diana welcomed us with the most delicious array of teas and coffees and absolutely delicious homemade cookies. She gave us a bit of the history of the house and the architect. The room itself was very comfortable & very cozy with a very comfortable bed, fireplace, a Jacuzzi, rocking chair, etc. The use of the living room, dining room etc makes a bnb - home away from home - but with the luxury of the deluxe hotel. Couple of things that we absolutely loved were that Diane called us to ask us about our allergies and food likes and dislikes. She also sent us information about sightseeing Entertainment dining in and around Asheville. The breakfast dishes are just absolutely gourmet. Both days, the breakfasts were literally out of this world. So good that I had to get the recipes Will definitely come back soon

Diana was the ultimate host! She prepared wonderful breakfasts and evening baked goods. She recommended a fantastic restaurant for dinner and was able to guide me to different local artisans to support. The B&B was beautiful and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good pressure with hot water! It was decorated for Christmas which made it feel like home. Diana shared the history of the house and her journey as the innkeeper. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Asheville.

Magnificent Carolina Diana and Kevin were very welcoming and friendly. Diana showed us everything and all the little extras, a wide range of teas, coffees, soft drinks and snacks. Excellent location for a dander into downtown Asheville which is full of great dining options. Carolina itself is set on about an acre of land in a lovely setting with beautiful plants and flowers and a lovely porch with rocking chairs.

Dan and Dawn from Lexington, KY My husband and I chose this exceptional B&B for our 50th anniversary. We stayed in the Robin's Nest. The room was lovely and as advertised from impeccably clean to luxurious towels. Diana and Kevin were informative and gracious hosts. They arranged their schedule so we could go to the early session of the Navitat zipline adventure. The breakfasts were a delectable and unique surprise. Not to mention, returning home to scrumptious desserts after being out all day. Without reservation would recommend this delightful B&B. And we would definitely return if we revisit Asheville.

Unbelievable hospitality from Diane & Kevin in the most unexpected and difficult of circumstances when a hurricane hit Asheville for the first time ever. We spent 3 days in their home and couldn’t have been better treated. Would highly recommend their hospitality to anyone thinking of visiting the area.
