Hampton Inn & Suites Asheville Biltmore Area

We've stayed here multiple times and is our go-to hotel in Asheville. Always clean and the staff is always friendly. Great location convenient to everything!

Even though I gave it 4 stars, I’ll never stay here again. The hotel is clean, modern, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. After a long day I was really looking forward to relaxing in the pool. When I walked into the SMALL pool area, it was packed with adults dressed in street clothes. Weird. There were three kids and one adult in the pool. EVERYONE stopped at stared at me. Weird. I set my things down and walked into the pool. More staring and NO talking. I then realized that PRIVATE SWIM LESSONS WERE HAPPENING. This was being done by an outside company. No sign on the door. No mention from staff or on the website. I’ve never felt so awkward in a hotel pool. I immediately left and never went back to the pool. Hotel pools should be for hotel guests. I suggested to the person at the front desk that a sign on the pool door would be appropriate. She seemed confused why swimming lessons at a pool would be weird.

Beautiful hotel. Super clean . Great breakfast. Convenient location. Would stay here again. King room was great. Convenient location and maybe 20 minutes from the Biltmore. AC worked great and bed was very comfortable. Was $240 though on a weekend.

This is my second time visiting Ashville. My son moved here a few months ago. I’m traveling alone so feeling safe is something that I was seeking. I googled Hampton Inns in the area, noticed this one close to businesses and restaurants. I drove over, decided to go in to see if availability and how safe it felt. Tammie greeted me right away, kind, warm, welcoming as if we had known each other forever. She gave me information about the area and assigned a great room for me. I hadn’t asked about being on the side of Tanger outlets and streets full of traffic. When I went to my room, it was on the opposite side Hesitantly, I called down and mentioned to Tammy. She did not skip a beat She responded! “Let me check for you! It is no trouble at all!” She then upgraded my room, to the side that I felt safest, and treated me so kindly throughout the process. This has made my experience in Ashville much more lovely than I ever imagined. I have always loved Hampton Inns, this experience with Tammy is one of the most heartwarming that I have ever experienced. The lobby is pretty, welcoming, My room is spotless, fresh, 100 percent clean, furniture like new. Windows shining. Tammy is kind, compassionate, professional and attends to every detail. A true asset here at Hampton Inn. People go through so much, what an unexpected and precious gift.
