Hampton Inn & Suites Asheville Biltmore Area

We've stayed here multiple times and is our go-to hotel in Asheville. Always clean and the staff is always friendly. Great location convenient to everything!

My company Holland Power from Fort Erie ontario Canada, came down due to the storm damage early Oct '24. Although we had great accommodation, most of the area of Ashville NC, was without water. The staff was great. They allowed us to pail out 5gallon bucket of water to at least for us to use the toilets. Jessica from front desk, was very helpful and made us comfortable. NC and it's residents are very nice people we are happy to help them get the power on.

Very nice chain hotel near Biltmore. They have the typical free breakfast food, which was just okay. The oatmeal was not consistent, one day cooked well, the next it was more if a porridge. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.

Just booked a room, and spoke with Timberland who was very patient in helping me with my reservation. She was able to get two reservations set up, in a short amount fo time. Also explained that the breakfast is at no charge each morning from 6-10.

Darrell in the dining area is very friendly and hard-working. We appreciate his hard work . Our room was very clean and the location of the hotel was very convenient. We enjoyed being able to sit outside at the tables and the fireplace is very nice. I did use the exercise room and was pleased that the equipment was all working and the area was clean.

The blackout curtains in the room don't close all the way. Kelly from the kitchen and all front desk staff were helpful. I need more text for some reason. The location is fine. The parking lot could be a bit bigger. Why do I need 200 chars.......

Nice hotel, very clean. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The only issue we had was the elevators were very slow, but it was manageable. Breakfast was well stocked. Community areas were clean, you can tell this property is well taken care of.

Stayed in room 715. Visually so nice and newish. They definitely cleaned after breakfast.... Which was nicely done and well taken care of. Fresh fruit ( oranges, apples, bananas) waffles, oatmeal, scones, typical eggs, potatoes and a meat. Breads. Yogurt several types. Juices, coffee ehh coffee not so great tasting. But they offered dark , light , decaf, hot water. In 2 places. One by the front desk and one by the breakfast. Onto the pool. Really nicely done new pool.. nice stone work and a water fall type in the pool. It also had a chair for handicap. Easy steps walk in.. staff all seemed nice. Parking lot on the tight side. Room shower doors are curved. Shower head hated it. Not the newer kinds to match the nice chrome faucet. It's that white 3 spray that most Hiltons have. Some Hiltons have the spray handle which they should all have. Shower had black mold which is not good for a newish hotel already. Also doesn't have that flat drain towards the front. Just a round drain. Shower doors are stained cuz how to the cleaning crew wash when you do t have a spray handle. Nice foot rest and a nice little shelf if you bring your own soap shampoo or eyeglasses or even your toothbrush. About 6 inches long. Bed was typical. Wish they did not allow pets. Cat hair is/was everywhere. We were once told at another Hampton that pets stay on the lower floors, well not this one. We purposely picked the 7th floor and cat hair everywhere. Or some type of pet hair that was black and short. So hard to please everyone but they really need to dedicate certain rooms for pets. It's really not fair to those with allergies or who just dont like the smell of pets. But it seems most brands now allow pets. I understand both sides of this issue but super hard for non pet owners. We really suffer with allergies Parking is kind of tight. I would stay here again.
