Front desk is helpful, room is clean and nicely appointed, bed is comfortable. Breakfast is nourishing. I wasn't thrilled about a rain shower head in the shower because they usually dribble water, while this one did not have a strong water flow, it was manageable. My only complaint would be the noise. Not sure the hotel can do anything about it but the refrigerator buzzed constantly and the hvac was so loud it gave me a monster headache. second night I ended up turning the temp down cooler than I like just so I could shut it off and get some sleep.

Stayed here during our two day tour of Asheville and Biltmore House. Five to ten minutes to everything we needed, but away from the busy downtown area. This hotel was clean and cute. Bed, bedding and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and in good working order. I really liked the products in the shower - shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were in easy to squeeze containers, not the annoying pump ones. Check in, with Olive, was quick and efficient. Lobby was cute and colorful. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again if we are in the area.

the check-in staff Eddie was very curtious and helpfull also I took him up on some the local travel tips what a good guy.The housekeeping staff did a very good job and did not disturb any of stuff.

We stay at the GLo whenever we travel to Asheville. The property is very well managed and the experience consistently exceeds expectations. Getting to downtown is an easy 10 minute drive.

We enjoyed a brief 1 night stay in the Glo Hotel. Location was convenient to all the Asheville attractions we wanted to see, and plenty of parking in the lot. Room were adequate and very clean; bathroom was good size and beds were very comfortable. The TV did not have any streaming services. If you're a light sleeper you may want to bring earplugs or a sound machine, as we could hear footsteps, closing doors, and traffic noise. We did not eat the breakfast so I can't comment on that. Fitness center was great for quick workout. Would stay here again!

Shower was wonderful, and staff was so nice! Beds were clean and comfortable. Also breakfast decent. Ample parking and safe at night.
