While this was the first time we visited Ashville and The Biltmore House since the devastating storms of 2023, it was the 4th time we have stayed at The Inn on Biltmore Estate. each of those 4 stays was magnificent. The Inn itself is beautiful and blends perfectly with the Vanderbilt's magnificent Biltmore House. The rooms are well appointed and maintained. The staff is attentive. The estate itself is among he most beautiful in the world. For us, this is 5 star all the way.

My husband and I visited the hotel for our thirty year anniversary and it was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. The room, the property and the food were all great. We were given a bottle of wine as a gift which made things even more special. The staff is very nice and house keeping is amazing. ICE IN THE ROOM EVERY DAY!!!😀 We stayed during the 4th of July and the fireworks were spectacular, right outside our room window! I only have one issue, I think there should be a cafe in the hotel to give guest a less expensive and less formal option for dining. The food in the dining room is great but sometimes people just want a sandwich. I think it would be fun to have a park style hotdog vender on the property just on the weekends. The children would love it I think. We will definitely be back!!!!

We had a horrible experience at the Inn this week. We ate at the small restaurant in the main inn for dinner. The service was absolutely horrible. It took 30 minutes before the waitress would talk to us. 2 hours before our apps arrived. Never filled water glass or took a drink order. Food manager was of little help as was the hotel manager. We were insulted and emberassed by the staff. Food was mediocre at best. Terrible for a hotel of this price. Never coming again.

We spent 5 nights at this incredible Inn and had a wonderful experience. I hope management will seek out Joy who works the concierge/ guest service counter (as well as the information kiosk at the Estate mansion) and give her a raise or bonus. What a gem of a person. Every single employee was friendly, engaging, and helpful. They smiled, made eye contact, greeted you, and thanked you with each interaction. The customer service is unmatched.

Possibly one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in. There was attention to every detail ( like tying your phone cords up with a little bow and placing a little towel under your cosmetics). The lobby was especially beautiful with great views of the mountainous scenery. The library restaurant was a great place for dinner or just a cocktail at the end of the day.

The setting is gorgeous...the views of the mountains are stunning. The furnishings and atmosphere in the Dining Room are perfect for a special occasion! We celebrated our 29th anniversary there last night and enjoyed it very much! The food was really delicious and well presented. My spring greens salad and black grouper with miso and forbidden rice was sumptuous and hubby's cioppino was tasty though his tuna tartar app was weird...it was kind of a soup. His creme brulee and my chocolate and mint dessert were both luscious. But...the reason for withholding a star was the slow service. Our server Teresa was lovely...but we had to wait WAY too long between courses. At these prices the whole experience should be perfectly orchestrated and it wasn't. But we enjoyed it greatly and would return.

fi you can swing it for a night or two (or more) I can't say enough good things about The Inn at the Biltmore Estate. Here are my tips, you MUST get the breakfast. The breakfast room is AMAZING and the food is SO GOOD. I wish I were rich enough to live there and eat that breakfast in that room for the rest of my life looking out to those GORGEOUS Blue Ridge Mountains. As soon as you arrive, go see the concierge and sign up for the carriage ride through the woods/property. I can't remember the cost but what ever it was, it was worth it! It will be one of the highlights of your stay and can only be done if you stay on the estate. Make sure to make it back around 3pm when the warm cookies are being served. At night, the lounge comes to life with the roaring fireplace and pianist. We were there Nov. 2nd - Nov. 10th and it was magical as their Christmas season started the day we arrived so we saw the gingerbread houses being installed at the INN and the Biltmore itself was adorned in 600+ trees. There is also accommodations on the estate called The Village but I don't know if you can sign up to do all the "things" we were offered at the Inn. The Village is more affordable but it's just not the same vibe. The Inn is definitely a splurge but SO WORTH IT. If you can swing 2-3 nights (or more), you will be forever in Biltmore's spell. That place is truly something special.

We have never been so disappointed in a hotel. For the price we paid the service is abysmal. Tried to order some food to take to our room. Waited forever only for it to arrive stone cold. To be fair the bartender did try but the kitchen is clearly overwhelmed. There have to be better choices in Asheville. They are truly coasting on the Biltmore name.
