Bent Creek Lodge Bed & Breakfast

We had a lovely trip to the Bent Creek Lodge. It’s very conveniently located about 15 minutes away from Asheville. It’s close to the river and river related activities. The setting is idyllic. There are droves of hummingbirds coming to the feeders on the deck. It’s just a stunning and beautiful location nestled in the forest. The staff was as pleasant as they could be and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable while you were there. They serve up a five star breakfast every morning with a rotating menu so you don’t really get the same thing two days in a row. They are helpful, polite, and gracious. The owners around and shares the same attitude and approach that clearly trickles down through the staff. The room was very pleasant, had individual individualized, climate control, and fairly new equipment. It’s perfectly fine for what we needed. Highly recommend this lodge and I think we’ll probably be back. A great place to go relax and unwind and do an environment with our people who seem to care about what they do

Well, this small bed-and-breakfast in the Blue Ridge Mountains just outside of Asheville, is magnificent. This is a small intimate and peaceful place, with about 10 beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with a pretty name, and perfectly furnished, with very comfortable beds and pillows. There are common areas with all sorts of things to enjoy. The Inn has a beautiful deck with magnificent views to enjoy. And the breakfast! Absolutely outstanding! Most importantly, Randy and his staff provide hospitality that makes a stay memorable beyond words! This B&B’s proximity to Asheville- a vibrant mountain town, with restaurants, music, museums, nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains-is a huge bonus. Needless to say, we will return, and we highly recommend you consider this wonderful B and B when you plan to travel to this area! It’s a no- brainer!

Another wonderful stay at Bent Creek Lodge. It’s such a special place…it is the combination of the lodge, the rooms, the breakfast, the snacks, the garden, the birds, the guests, the BCL team, and so much more that makes it the hands-down, best place to stay in Asheville.

We stay in bed and breakfast inns a lot and this ranks as one of the best ever. Everything was perfect. Hosts were all very friendly, inn was spotlessly clean, and the food was wonderful. We will certainly be going back

Just completed a long driving trip. This was the most pleasant stay of all, and we stayed in some great places. The location is on the side of a mountain, secluded, and nestled deep into the forest. Thus, it is quiet as can be. Perfect location, about 5 miles from Ashville. We have stayed at the Biltmore, and this was infinitely more fun. Randy, the owner, has thought of EVERYTHING. Our room, a standard room, had robes, a balcony with chairs overlooking the fantastic view and his superb landscaping, hooks for the towels (nowhere else on the trip), cotton swabs and all sorts of similar niceties, an excellent bed, great sheets, plenty of lights including a reading light for bed, LOTS of outlets for more gadgets than you own (the first on the trip), the best water pressure ever, the best shower ever, high toilet (a rarity), and great door locks which operate not only the door to your room, but the door to the lodge using numbers in your phone number, thus no key, card, or thing to fill your pocket or to misplace. The breakfasts were superb. Always an egg dish, meat, fruit, juice, carb (biscuit, quesadilla, croissant), granola and yogurt, etc., -more than you should eat. Lodge environs were outstanding. The main room housed a large TV, pool table, great tables for 4 to enhance conversations with other travels, wine, ice, ice water, and cold beer always available, soft drinks for free, homemade cookies, bars, brownies, and energy bars for the taking, a well stocked library with easy chairs and great floor lamps for reading. ice--all this always available. The landscaping is beautiful. There are many bird feeders hanging from very long cables, hummingbirds, very tasteful music playing everywhere. Can't say enough about the place. The staff is fun, hardworking, and very nice. If you are in the Ashville area, this is the place to stay.

Don’t Miss This B&B! Nice lodge in the mountains, surrounded by birds and trees, but close to downtown Asheville and the Biltmore estate. Owner Randy is a kind, friendly and knowledgeable host with a lovely staff. Very quiet and relaxing, full breakfast included. We’ll be back!
