Staff is amazing and kept to keep locals (slightly) sane during hurricane Helene- Katie is amazing and has a great attitude and despite their business just opening up before the disaster, they provided some peace. Thoroughly enjoy going here for a drink or to do some work, the vibes are great!

Went for an anniversary and will never stay anywhere else when visiting Ashville, the staff was so above amazing. Everyone knew it was a special day, the room came with surprise decorations and thoughtful notes, you can’t fake service and these associates really showed love for their guest. I can’t say enough good things, special shout out to Laura and Kori who remembered our names every-time we passed by. I have stayed at many places in the city but will never look again, buildings are similar, people are not. Hats off to your team.

This was an unpleasant experience staying a few days at a new hotel in Asheville where one member of the management was very condescending in speaking to me when I discussed amenities. I would not stay here again as a result of that unprofessional encounter.

Our hotel stay was nice. During the night we encountered a humming sound throughout the whole night. We also had a green light flashing every 15-20 seconds from our smoke alarm. These things should be addressed by hotel management! Thank you

Great place!
Wonderful place! We come fir concerts & it is very convenient to the things we like to do. The staff was outstanding. Very kind & helpful. The room was wonderful. It has everything we needed except for one thing- a small coffeepot would be a great addition. Getting dressed & ready before coffee is hard in the morning.
We have already recommended Moxy to our friends & will certainly stay there again!!!

I was planning on leaving Asheville (in a hurry) but when the plane didn’t take off I needed a room - thank goodness my trust Bonvoy app helped me out and picked the Moxy. Staff weee all excellent under challenging circumstances with no power - after two days they knocked on my door and said they were evacuating and I had to leave, tough job for them to do but they were very caring. The hotel is only a few weeks old. Room is small and the auto light in bathroom is not cool, but it was a comfortable stay. It’s interconnected with the hotel next door and it works. I’d stay again, but hopefully they will have water in the room next time - not to drink, to shower with thanks to the hurricane!
