AC Hotel Asheville Biltmore Village

This newly remodeled property is a WOW! The rooms are spacious, decor very contemporary, and property very clean. The lobby area is spacious to hang out with a group and location was super convenient!

Stayed here with a group of friends and we had a wonderful experience! The hotel is modern and beautifully designed. Our room was super clean everyday with great lighting and strong A/C system, which was a life saver in the summer heat. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and location felt safe and convenient. Definitely recommend the hotel for a quick get away!

We booked this hotel at the last minute because of a change in travel plans. I couldn't believe the room rate - seemed too low. The hotel is new so maybe the rate is introductory - not sure. However, this is absolutely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. From check-in to -out, the staff is responsive and capable. The design is very smart and modern. The lighting is extremely well done. The rooms (bath, bed, etc) are 10 out of 10. There is a lobby bar and dining area that serves European-influenced (Spanish) faire - Continental breakfast (absolutely well done), Espresso machine, and a choice of two hot breakfast items (a crusty toast open face w/prosciutto, egg, manchego cheese, and arugula +++++ or a strawberry-laced crepe +++++). Seriously, STAY at this hotel - it is unique and worth double the price easily. I was a guest and look forward to my next visit.

Yamil the host at the desk was incredibly attentive. Consistently offered new towels, ice and made sure my family of 5 was having a relaxing stay. If there was anything we were lacking he was quick to provide assistance.

My room was kept in immaculate condition throughout my visit—thanks to the hardworking housekeeping staff. Everything from the linens to the bathroom was fresh and perfectly maintained each day. Across the board, the staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. Whether passing in the hallway or assisting with a request, everyone made me feel like a valued guest. The hotel itself was modern, well-kept, and thoughtfully designed. Common areas were neat and inviting, creating a comfortable atmosphere that made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this AC Hotel for its outstanding service, cleanliness, and the consistently positive attitude of the staff. I’ll definitely be staying here again.
