"The hotel was undergoing renovations while we were there but it didn’t inconvenience us at all. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful as well."

"It was a pleasant hotel overall like a Marriott hotel. However, despite the air conditioning, the vent kept going back at night and it was a bit cold. And it was uncomfortable that the room maintenance staff often knocked on the door in the morning and urged the check-out. "
"The room is large, the newly opened hotel, the breakfast is also good, a little distance from the old city, because it is a new hotel, we just opened a week when we checked in, the front desk brother is not skilled in business, Trip The prepaid accommodation fee was repeatedly charged once, but fortunately, I found that I was going back now, and I received 138 knives after checking out. Fortunately, after I found out, I was urged by Trip customer service and returned."
"The service was fine. The food was cold (scrambled eggs that the server just brought in) and the breakfast space area was extremely small. We were sitting way to close to other tables.
Our room deadbolt lock would not lock. It did not line up properly with the slot. Other than that, it was a nice stay. "
"The Hampton Inn was very convenient for us while visiting in Asheville. Right in the center of places that we enjoy going from the farmers market to the Arboretum to the Blue Ridge Parkway and of course the outlets but that is not what we come to do. Our room was very clean as was the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful as we stayed an extra night. We felt like we got great value For our dollar. The website was very easy to navigate, and it was very simple to book our lodging. Breakfast offerings were good. The bed was very comfortable and we will certainly come back as we have stayed there before for these very reasons."

Great
GGuest UserWe absolutely loved this property! We were visiting the Biltmore and Grove Park Inn. It was the perfect location. The hotel was brand new and very tastefully decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful. Cassidy was the BEST! She went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We are so glad we found this property.
AAnonymous UserThe service was great ,staffs were all nice ,always smiles. The location were nice a as well , basically all of the famous restaurants and cafes are walkable . And the famous Biltmore is just 10min driving which is pretty close .Strongly recommended ,and will definitely be back next time.
JJunesdaughterStayed here to visit the Biltmore. The hotel was crowded when I checked in so I got a room facing the parking lot which was loud and uncomfortable. When I spoke to the manager after staying overnight, he was conciliatory and moved us to a nicer room on a higher floor with a nice view and included breakfasts which I hadn’t included in my booking. I ended up really pleased with the hotel and stayed an extra night. The breakfast buffet server was so nice and remembered my beverage the next morning. Everything was clean and comfortable.
CCallie_M90Very nice hotel in a great location. My favorite part was the garden area. It provided a nice place to wind down in the evenings or enjoy your morning coffee. The staff were all very friendly and helpful!
MMaxwell1492At first, I had planned to stay in Knoxville. However, after a quick dinner at Waffle House, I felt it was still early enough to continue driving, so I decided to head to Asheville instead.
The drive from Knoxville to Asheville was quite challenging. There was a long stretch of highway construction through the mountains, with only one lane open. The journey felt truly hair-raising, with sharp turns and constant uphill and downhill sections.
When I finally arrived at the hotel, the young lady at the front desk received me politely and arranged a room next to the elevator. I was a bit shocked when I bought a bottle of water from the vending machine—$4 seemed excessive.
As for the room itself, the facilities left no special impression on me.
GGuest UserThis hotel was a good stay. Overall the area was over priced for what it was. This hotel was competitively priced. The staff was nice and accommodating. The room smelled good and was clean. Free breakfast was good and clean.
MMacyMy boyfriend and I stayed here for one night while waiting to meet some friends at a bigger place in Asheville for a friend trip. It was a great price and worth every penny! The front desk person was quick to get us checked in. Our room was clean, and the location was good. It did not take us long to get further into Asheville for dinner and shopping. This was a great budget find! I would stay here again.
GGuest UserPro-Great location off the main highway into Asheville. Close to town and walking distance to a few restaurants and shopping. Friendly staff, very attentive.
Con- Dirty floors through out and especially in the shower stall and room carpet (#324). Some cleaning supervision would probably correct this issue quickly.
Would consider again if they correct cleaning supervision issues.
AAnonymous UserA great and affordable option for downtown Asheville. It is next to the highway, but our room faced the city center and was very quiet. Within walking distance of all of downtown’s main sights. Highly recommended!
JJiampietroI booked and paid for a room through this site. Upon check in I was informed that they would not allow me to stay there . They said they don’t rent to “locals”. I am not a local, I live 30 miles away.
Trip.com is a professional and efficient business. They refunded the money immediately.
Much appreciate for great service with Trip.com!
