Arrived from overseas on Friday 25th April, and had booked this hotel a week before. It wasn't until I arrived that was told restaurant and bar was closed for the night!!! A coutesy email advising would be the go so can book elsewhere. Very poor

Very close to the airport. Though there are not many cafes and restaurants around the area, in house dining provides plenty of options to choose from. There are nice walking tracks along the Swan river. Please is kept very tidy and clean

The second time I stayed in this hotel, the room was big and the bed was quite comfortable, but the only fly in the ointment was that the room I lived in was on the 2nd floor, but the elevator was broken, so I had to take the stairs, which was not very convenient for carrying luggage.

My Qatar flight was cancelled and I was allocated this hotel. The staff were kind and very helpful, particularly Piyush on reception who was able to negotiate me an extra night’s stay so that I didn’t have to check out at 10am and spend a day at Perth Airport waiting for late night flight. My room was comfortable with a huge, comfortable bed, good facilities and in a lovely setting. My stay compensated for the disruption and delays, I faced as an elderly woman travelling alone.
