Luxury B&B '700

La struttura è sita in un antico palazzo di lusso nel centro storico di Ascoli, tutto è curato nei minimi particolari dalla proprietaria della struttura la signora Anna gentilissima e disponibilissima. La stanza un mix perfetto tra antico e moderno con un ampio bagno con una doccia large size. La prima Colazione curata e varia. Insomma tutto perfetto

Ho soggiornato con mio marito in questo B&B per una notte e siamo stati davvero bene: il palazzo in cui si trova la struttura è in centro, molto vicino ai monumenti principali che si raggiungono a piedi in pochi minuti. L'ambiente è molto grazioso e ben curato, l'accoglienza che abbiamo ricevuto è stata impeccabile; non aspettatevi il classico b&b in stile moderno, l'ambiente è molto familiare e accogliente, arredato con uno stile personale e "antico" che personalmente ho gradito moltissimo. La stanza che ci è stata riservata era molto bella e spaziosa, fornita di aria condizionata e silenziosa, abbiamo dormito benissimo e senza alcun genere di disturbo esterno, anche perché la struttura - pur essendo in centro - è piuttosto lontana dal chiasso cittadino. Molto buona anche la colazione, servita all'interno di una cucina comune e che abbiamo consumato in una graziosa saletta assieme ad altri ospiti; abbiamo mangiato prodotti casalinghi e di ottima qualità, il che a mio avviso fa decisamente la differenza. Il prezzo è assolutamente in linea con la qualità dei servizi. È stato un soggiorno estremamente piacevole e mi sento di consigliare Luxory B&B a chiunque sia di passaggio ad Ascoli e voglia trascorrere un soggiorno tranquillo nel suo centro storico.

Historic residence located in the historic center of Ascoli Piceno. Room (ours was the Rosa) comfortable, clean and spacious. Good breakfast which is served in a common room with parquet from the 1700s; note of merit to the owner, Mrs. Anna, very attentive and available to satisfy every customer need, synonymous with passion for the work she does.

Stately home with great attention to detail. The room was clean, well furnished with a large bathroom. Perfect location for getting around the centre. The very kind owner. It is a very refined solution

I had the pleasure of staying with my husband in this fantastic b...Beautiful 18th century building in the historic center. Managed by the friendly and helpful Anna who has the gift of hospitality. Very clean room and varied breakfast with the mother-in-law's delicious jams. If you are thinking of taking a tour of Ascoli I highly recommend it. And if you think that parking your car in the center is complicated you are wrong....Anna has also planned this... parking easy to reach and not far from the baby

The structure is located in the historic center, once you park the car, you can forget about it and walk around Ascoli discovering its most hidden corners. The building is beautiful and the rooms are on the third floor but a very silent elevator takes us into the apartment. Silent, warm and welcoming rooms, perfectly and recently renovated. The bathrooms are beautiful and large. Excellent breakfast served in a beautiful lounge. Mrs. Anna, architect and owner of the apartment, was very kind: with her grace and availability she advised us and guided us on the discovery of this beautiful city.

Excellent welcome, very clean and pleasant environment, as well as quiet. Mrs. Anna is a very helpful and kind host! The central location allows you to visit the city on foot and fully enjoy it both during the day and in the evening. Fair availability of free parking in the area.

In Billi Wilder's film, Avanti! (find the title in Italian!!!), Jack Lemmon asks the manager of the Ischia hotel if he ever sleeps. The answer is: only in winter. Here, Anna from B&B 700 I don't think she sleeps even in winter. Always present, nice and kind; helps, advises, always there when needed. 24/7: but how does he do it? When a person makes the difference between a beautiful place and a beautiful, comfortable, nice place; like going to the house of a dear friend. 4 rooms, beautiful, clean, tidy, nice bathroom, in the center of Ascoli. The B&B is beautiful, you can get there on foot (if you have a car, park at Quirino's, who is also very nice and supportive, 300 meters away). Simple breakfast (grandma's cakes!!!) with everything you need, but after all we are at a friends house, what more do you want? Highly recommended.
