Eccellente struttura in pieno centro di Ascoli Piceno. Qualità dei servizi, camera confortevole, pulizia, cortesia, tutto al meglio per un ottimo soggiorno, servizio car valent ben organizzato, peccato aver soggiornato solo per una notte.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella suite con spa interna, sauna, doccia emozionale con cromoterapia e grande vasca idromassaggio a due posti. Tutto fantastico. La colazione è qualcosa di sublime. Posizione perfetta, professionalità, pulizia e tanta gentilezza.

Ogni anno facciamo una sosta lungo il nostro viaggio verso il sud d’Italia e quest’anno ci siamo fermati ad Ascoli Piceno , bellissima città ed abbiamo dormito allHotel Palazzo dei Mercanti. ci siamo trovati benissimo , in zona centralissima il personale è molto gentile e disponibile , mio marito ha usufruito anche della Spa e si è trovato molto bene. La colazione è molto ricca con torte salate e dolci . ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. consiglio di andare.

We stayed 4 nights in this beautiful hotel in the centre of Ascoli Piceno. We had a lovely room on the second floor. Our room had all the comfort required. Our room was very quiet. The buffet breakfast is very good as well. The breakfast area is a bit tight and gets somewhat crowded tough. The staff at the reception was very kind. The hotel offers valet parking, please use it as there is no public parking nearby. Local restaurants and major sights are all within walking distance from the hotel.

Der Parkservice des Hotels hat unser Fahrzeug unerlaubt zum Transport von irgendwelchen Gegenständen benutzt und Schmutz auf der Fußmatte des Fahrers, dem Beifahrersitz und im Kofferraum hinterlassen.

Breve soggiorno presso questa struttura. Palazzo storico molto bello e curato. Spazi comuni molto eleganti, luci soft e d'atmosfera. Posizione ottimale per visitare Ascoli. In pieno centro a due passi da p.zza del Popolo. Purtroppo però si è quasi costretti ad utilizzare il servizio di parcheggio supplementare dell' hotel a causa della zona che diventa ZTL da una certa ora. Alcuni particolari della stanza da rivedere: Gli asciugamani e i teli strappati stonano parecchio. Il fatto che sotto l'hotel vi è un locale con tavoli all' aperto rende il tutto molto caratteristico e "italiano". Meno l'odore che sale ai piani e l'alto vociferare della clientela. Doccia con porta difettosa. Bagno parzialmente allagato ad ogni utilizzo. Per mancanza di bollitore in camera, abbiamo richiesto 2 tisane, mai arrivate per dimenticanza... Svista certamente perdonabile trattandosi di una richiesta per 2 adulti. Più importante se fosse stata per un neonato. Le stanze sono molto pulite. La colazione è dolce e salata con: cornetti, torte, marmellate, pane, cereali, frutta, frutta secca e disidratata. Uova, salumi, ecc... Latte, succhi vari e volendo estrattore. Bevande calde preparate al momento dalle ragazze del bar, molto gentili. Nel complesso abbastanza completa, nella media.

Struttura eccelente come tutto lo staff della reception e della sala colazione. Persone competenti gentili e disponibili. Posizione della struttura ottima, è a pochi passi dal centro storico. Comodissimo il servizio car valet. In conclusione se dovessi tornare ad ascoli piceno soggiornerei sicuramente in questa struttura.
