Struttura storica non centro di Ascoli piceno,la nostra camera aveva l' affaccio sulla splendida piazza del popolo,la camera era accogliente con parquet,aria condizionata ,frigo,bagno grande,colazione in un bar pasticceria,il parcheggio pubblico multipiano a 500 metri.

Mi dispiace tanto perché il posto ha molti pregi. Per prima cosa la posizione, meglio non si può. Wi fi ottimo, bollitore e macchina caffè in camera, silenzioso. Poi ci sono i contro: colazione piuttosto scarsa, presso una pasticceria a fianco, ma praticamente senza scelta (caffè o cappuccino, cornetto e basta). Il bagno, apparentemente carino e nuovo, in realtà pieno di calcare nella rubinetteria, con la porta rotta, il tappo del water rotto, il mobiletto rugginoso. Insomma, alla fine cade sui dettagli

Bellissimo il palazzo, la posizione, la camera con un rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Noi siamo stati veramente bene e abbiamo anche goduto della vista sulla piazza principale di Ascoli.Complimenti alla signora Carla che gestisce questa residenza in modo impeccabile. Grazie mille.

The room was clean and the staff was helpful but the room was terribly basic and needs some work. If you just need a space to sleep with no frills, it's fine.

La finestra della camera non si affacciava su Piazza del Popolo come descritto e fotografato nella prenotazione Il letto matrimoniale era composto da due materassi bassi che la notte si sono divisi Non era una camera di una struttura che vanta i 4 stelle. Posizione e struttura eccellente, ma da rimodernare e gestire meglio.

Residenza in edificio storico ubicato in pieno centro storico e a pochi passi (letteralmente) da Piazza del Popolo. Camere spaziose, confortevoli e pulite con Wi-Fi e condizionatori. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, ottima la prima colazione in un bar accanto. Infine rapporto qualità/ prezzo assolutamente vantaggioso.

Klassiek, beetje ouderwets hotel op perfecte locatie. Onze kamer was superschoon en had een geweldig uitzicht op een van de mooiste pleinen van Italië. Koelkastje. Lift. Bijzonder vriendelijk personeel en zeer goede service en informatie door de receptioniste. Betaald parkeren bij een aanbevolen privé parking op 10 minuten lopen. Spullen uitladen kan door om de hoek te stoppen op Piazza Roma. Het ontbijt is georganiseerd bij een bar op 2 min lopen. Alleen een zoet ontbijt, helaas.
