The location is breathtaking, completely surrounded by nature and on a hill. The castle is very beautiful, even the typical furnishings and accommodations are welcoming. The spa disappointed me a bit, it wasn't worth paying €10 per person but the breakfast was delicious and rich!
Overall the value for money is right.
Then the girls at the reception were very nice, I had forgotten a necklace and they found it for me and kept it until my return to retrieve it.

This is a tale story castle where the ambience makes you feel like a princess. We stayed as a couple and felt like a honeymoon. Now, it’s not close to anything, so for us, the 2 nights were perfect.

Nos fue mal con la cena creemos que al Maitre solo habla Italiano por lo que la comunicación es muy difícil esperamos 1 hora y 38 minutos y no llegó nuestra orden así que cancelamos y quedamos sin cenar el resto del servicio fue exelente el aseo y el desayuno

Posto incantevole nella quiete totale. Bellissimo con piscina e ristorante eccezionale annesso!! Provato anche il massaggio nella spa. A 10 minuti da Siena e ben collegato alla A1. Le camere sono molto molto belle, ben curate e comoda. Spettacolare la vista

La location è una fortezza del XIV secolo la struttura è affacciata sulle splendide colline senesi. Che dire posti di altri tempi con tutti i confort del nuovo millennio. Il personale è veramente disponibile e senz' altro professionali proprio perché lavorano con persone di tutto il mondo. Sanno parlare tante lingue diverse ed essere umili e disponibili con tutti. Hanno un ristorante annesso al relais ottimo servizio quando si è stanchi e ci si vuole godere la vita al 100%, dove cucinano benissimo le loro materie prime e il servizio veramente impeccabile. Abbiamo anche usufruito della Spa, piccola e graziosa che permette naturalmente un accesso discreto in coppia. Un saluto caloroso a tutto lo staff
