This hotel is seated in a very nice shopping area with a variety of restaurants within walking distance. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean and up to date. The bed and sheets were comfortable. The desk was functional to get work done. The bathroom had a TV built into the mirror. The water pressure was ok. The elevators were quick. Breakfast was hearty, but it does come at a fee. Overall a great hotel.

We had the best time at the Renaissance North Hills! The hospitality, the staff, the service- everything was fabulous and everyone was highly attentive. James, Lois, & Emily were great from the moment we arrived. Super nice and inviting - always making sure we had what we needed whether directions, dining recommendations etc for our best days at North Hills. Highly recommend this hotel and its wonderful, competent cordial staff. We’ll definitely be back again! Thanks to James Emily and Lois!

Wonderful stay at Renaissance Raleigh! Perfect location with shops and restaurants a few short steps away. Emily the manager is so kind and the hotel itself is super clean and accommodating. Robert (our valet with PMC) was so helpful getting us settled in our room. Will definately be back! :-)

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament, and most of the team stayed at this Renaissance hotel. The room was quite nice, and the bedding was comfortable. The location is great, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shopping next door. We were able to walk to all of our dining spots. There is also a small but fun bar in the lobby. I would stay here again if we were in the area.

Dakota with the valet was such a homedawg. He was super helpful and carried in all of our bags and boxes. He was very nice and friendly and a very welcoming face. He was extremely positive and energetic. You could tell he was happy to be at the Renaissance Raleigh at North Hills.

We stayed here twice while going and coming back from a trip . The hotel is very nice and in a great location. The first night we had a room in the back and second night in the front. We thought the front would be quieter but at 4:30am someone was pressure washing the sidewalk.

Awesome guest services! Supervisor **Emily ** went above and beyond to help in every possible way - and added personal investment in making sure our stay was comfortable. Nice room. Friendly staff. Convenient location. All around a nice stay for us!!
