Rooms charges are also optimum. It's stay is price worthy. Food rates are also at reasonable price. All together the stay is economical. Whatever is expected from a good hotel, all the facilities are available. Room services are good. Daily newspaper delivery in room is also an added advantage to get aware of the world. Distance from railway station is only 3 km. The hotel is located on main road, so transport is available at door step.

This charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc. Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/management accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

I used to stay in hotel is-pat during my to tours in 2007 to 2010 because of their hospitality and food. I came here after 14 years feeling proud to say that still their hospitality and quality of food is best in asansol. Moreover the involvement of cm d mr mukherjee is really commendable. Meeting with mr himadri mukherjee was a lifetime experience. I recommend and wish is-pat international to grow further to achieve another milestone. It was a nice stay with family for 1 night at hotel hindustan residency. Behavior and helping attitude of the entire staffs are beyond par. Complimentary breakfast was good. One small complain : bathroom had a sticky smell all the time. Lucario is good.
