This charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc.
Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/management accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

The overall ambience is good. Staff is very polite and good. The hotel, I was told is under renovation. Hence, it had no rooms for drivers, which was a negative. Also, had to sweat for one night since the electricity went out and there was no fuel in the generator. The room was cosy and amenities in the room were good, though the bathroom seemed a bit cramped.
The food is great, bar is well stocked and the overall decor is pleasant, room service is excellent. Overall, I rate the hotel experience as 4.1 out of 5.

Check-in was smooth, even with early check-in. The location is great. The staff courteous, polite, and helpful. The room was good enough. Bathroom accessories could have included a toothpaste and toothbrushes, though. The hotel has a old world charm of the british era, and the buffet breakfast too was good. All in all, it is a very good place to stay at an extremely affordable rate. I would rate it a solid 9 out of 10.

Food and staff behaviour was superb. Location is also good. Best hotel at asansol. Near the automobile market, volvo bus stand is in front of the hotel.
