Good. Food service & staff all good. Location very best easy travel to anywhere. Will repeat soon

No minimum hygenity at wash room and amenities like tv, phone, wifi also not working door locking problem from outside. Earlier mentioned that complement breakfast will be available but next day morning they said it should be pre-booked. So they change turns and put cost over the water bottle even which cost 20rs only. Finally i could say that we should not opt this hotel at anycost

It was a comfortable stay. Room was decent with good quality furnitures. Bathroom was clean. Good for business trips

Located at prime location with easy availability of public and private transport the staff are very polite and very friendly and helpful the room amenities were good and clean but the bath towel provided was not clean recommended for budget and comfortable stay

Horrible experience. No water, ac not working throughout the night, tv unserviceable, bathroom door lock found broken, too dirty room. No water in bathroom in morning.

My personal experience was very good. All the staffs were cooperating. The location of the hotel is also good. Room was clean. The restaurant was also fine

Location -good, food provided at room service was average in taste and quality, time taken to deliver food was too long. Now talking about amenities - i have not seen such a pathetic hotel ( deluxe ac )room with all my make my trip hotel booking experiences in the past. The linens not clean ( had to call hotel staff to change them, blankets stains and seemed used. Toilet was pathetic, the window had broken glass, so it's difficult to use such washroom that disturb you privacy, even the door of toilets have opaque glasses that should be changed, the commode seat was in pathetic condition ( old, worn out, the room door had pathetic door lock that needed a lot of effort to open( each time you leave the room you have to call the staff to lock them. Talking about crockery and cutlery - in bad condition, the sofa and the chairs provided in the room was also dirty. The room rent charged for 2 night stay seemed a complete waste of money. The short height *** at the reception was absolutely arrogant, poor hospitality. An absolute waste for money.
