Old hotel, but well organized. Hot springs are free when staying, and the sulfur hot springs were really good and nice. It is 7-8 minutes by car from Chikugooishi Station, but there is no taxi at the station, so it would be better to request a pick-up service in advance. Please call a taxi if you ask. Everyone was friendly and had a good trip. If you want to feel the atmosphere of Japan without Koreans, I highly recommend it!

I entered twice at night and in the morning, but the atmosphere changes completely, so I recommend entering twice. The room was very large and beautiful, and I felt particular about the details such as columns and fittings. The atmosphere of the garden seen from the window was also nice. Also, the bedding was excellent. It was the most comfortable inn I have ever stayed in. It was the first time I had such a comfortable mattress, the duvet was light and the best, and the design was nice. There were two types of pillows, feathers and soba, and the pillows of soba were low in height and I really liked them. I wish there were other inns and hotels with this height pillow. I used it with a breakfast only plan this time. Breakfast is served in a private room dedicated to meals, but this room is also nice. We stayed for 1 night on Saturday where it seemed to be pretty busy at this small hotel. The parking was limited but we were lucky to park at the hotel. The hotel’s location was great, closed to train station and shopping arcade. 5 of us could fit in one big spacious room with 3 big beds and 1 extra bed comfortably. The room was a bit old but the beds were comfy. There was a coin laundry in the hotel. The staff were very nice. Breakfast was ok with little variety of food.

One of the best service i ever experienced in my life. We were having difficulty trying out the famous yakitori in this town (FYI, you would need to make reservation in advance which we were not aware of), as such we went to check with the receptionist at the front desk at around 11pm on the last night of our stay. The receptionist was very helpful. She tried her best to assist us to call multiple yakitori shops nearby and recommended us the one just opposite our hotel. We placed our order (for take out orders to our hotel) with the yakitori shop that was recommended by the receptionist but unfortunately, we did not collect our order in full as we did not check our orders collected and realized that we missed out on a few items after collecting the orders to our hotel rooms. To our surprise, our order that was not collected was delivered to our doorstep by the receptionist lady. The service experienced was beyond our expectation. We would like to express our greatest appreciation to the staff that assisted us. Thank you very much! どうもありがとうございます。

I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I come to Kurume City. The rooms are very clean and not particularly large, but they are more than enough for a night's sleep on a business trip. There is also free parking available for only 6-7 cars, on a first-come, first-served basis. If that doesn't work, there is a paid parking lot, but there is a car park nearby that charges a maximum of 500 yen for 24 hours after entry, which is helpful.

30 minutes by rapid train from Hakata. The hotel is located in the corner of the station rotary. The air is not enough to cool the warm room. There was a time that warm air was being emitted so we had to open the window for cooler air. But opening the window lets you hear the street noise. (3) Toilet/Bathroom is small. If you are tall, you cannot comfortably sit when doing your business. (4) The hallway of the room is too narrow. But the bed area of our twin room is wide. If these are OK with you, it is still a nice hotel to stay in.
