The hotel is located across the road on the right side of Asahikawa Station. The hotel is quite large and provides hot spring services. Guests staying in the hotel can use it for free unlimited times. Drink coins are given as gifts. After soaking in the hot spring, you can choose a bottle of your favorite drink to replenish your energy. The hot spring area has sweat steaming and open-air hot spring areas, and the facilities are very good. The room is large and the overall cleanliness is very tidy. There is a weather forecast for the past two days in the elevator, which is still a very considerate service. The only thing to complain about is that the latest entry time for breakfast is 8:30, which is a bit too early. I even saw Japanese guests coming to eat at 8:55 and were persuaded to leave. In addition, the attitude of some waiters in the restaurant is not very good. We were led to the Japanese seats where we needed to take off our shoes. We were wearing heavy snow boots, and it was inconvenient to take off our shoes (they did not provide slippers). We discussed with the waiter whether we could change to a normal table and chair to sit down, but he left with a word of apology. It was not that there was no seat arrangement at the time, so at our insistence, the waiter reluctantly helped us adjust the seat, but it was obvious that he was unhappy. This was the first time I encountered this in so many times in Japan. I hope the restaurant service still needs to be improved. The front desk service is still very good, this point needs to be distinguished.
