Everything was fine at the hotel except for a young man who worked at the front desk. He completely lacked basic service attitude. He didn't say a greeting or thank you at all and spoke in a very cold tone, as if he was meeting a stranger on the street.
But our two guests were very polite to him from beginning to end, but unfortunately the result was very disappointing.
The other elderly lady who worked at the front desk was very professional.
The male front desk clerk is really undermining the team's efforts and damaging the reputation of the hotel.
The hotel is very well located right at the train and bus station.
The facilities are also very good, everything is clean and new.
