The manager's response was terrible. Just because he is older, his attitude towards customers is really terrible. I will never stay here again. Please be careful not to be lured in by cheap prices and have unpleasant experiences. I don't think that the customer is God, but the manager's response was just too terrible. It is rude to ask if I remembered incorrectly. I was unable to confirm my past receipts, and I was left with only a feeling of discomfort. It is a shame as I have stayed there many times. From now on, I will stay at hotels with good service, even if they are expensive.
