Even when I told them that there was a difference between the price on the phone and the price, they insisted that it couldn't be true and did not apologize. This time, it was cheap with the Hokkaido resident discount, but I was disgusted by the terrible service. Perhaps the staff made a mistake in calculating the Hokkaido resident discount, and I was able to stay cheap last time, but I couldn't accept the difference between the price over the phone and when I checked in. The manager's response was terrible. Just because he is older, his attitude towards customers is really terrible. I will never stay here again. Please be careful not to be lured in by cheap prices and have unpleasant experiences. I don't think that the customer is God, but the manager's response was just too terrible. It is rude to ask if I remembered incorrectly. I was unable to confirm my past receipts, and I was left with only a feeling of discomfort. It is a shame as I have stayed there many times. From now on, I will stay at hotels with good service, even if they are expensive.
