Court Hotel Asahikawa

A couple with a five-year-old child stayed in the room. They had chosen a higher-priced twin room that could accommodate three people. However, they only provided towels and two pillows for two people. We were refused an extra pillow from the counter, so we slept alone without a pillow for two nights. It was really outrageous and terrible. Room cleaning: In the morning, you have to put the trash can outside the door by yourself, and the service staff put the clean towels in a plastic bag and hang them on the door handle outside the door. The housekeeping staff did not have to enter the room to clean at all, and they also required check-out at 10:00. In short, the service was not good. Equipment: The room equipment was ok, and the air conditioner could not adjust the temperature. The height limit of the attached parking lot is 155m, which is easy to exceed. It seems like a multi-story parking lot (no people enter). There is an elevator in the hotel that will pinch people, so be careful. The door opening time is very short. If you pinch someone, the elevator door will not open completely, but will loosen a little and pinch again immediately and repeat until the door opening button is pressed. People who push luggage or bring children should be very careful. I originally chose this hotel because I needed parking, but the height limit was 1.55 and I couldn't park. There are actually many paid parking lots nearby so you don't have to worry about not being able to park (charges are about 1100/24h) (2-day stays during the 2025 summer weekends are over 11,000 Taiwan dollars, excluding breakfast)
