Hotel provides best customer care and clean rooms with the all necessary amenities (bathroom accessories, slippers) water and tea that was refilled every day. Our stay includes half board the cuisine was enough diversified and is very very delicious. We use sauna, table tennis, GYM, pools (indoor and outdoor) for free, the only small problem was the chlorine in the inside pool which was a bit much for that small pool and also outdoor pool was very cold((. But anyway we were very happy with our stay, THANK YOU ARARAT RESORT!

Заплатили за одну ночь в отеле 45000 драм,это приблизительно 115 долларов, в эту сумму входил номер, который был без ремонта и с грязным туалетом, так же завтрак, который начинается в 9:30, нам людям живущим в Армении очень не удобно так как нам в 9 уже надо было выезжать на работу. Бассейн был ужасно холодным, в июле не смогли искупаться. Персонал на самом деле очень вежливый это наверное единственный плюс и природа, ито это не их заслуга.

I would definitely recommend this place, with family or friends ! It was very clean and everything was given: toothbrush, comb, shower gel/shampoo, shower cap, towels, water… The staff was wonderful, very helpful with everything and very nice ! The breakfast and dinner were also great! The only small problem was the the chlorine in the inside pool was a bit much It was a very good experience overall :)

Wonderful hotel We had a spacious room with huge windows and a view of pine trees and a fountain ☺️ Excellent warm pool with very soft water. This is the first truly normal sauna that we were lucky enough to visit in Armenia. Excellent WiFi, cool children's room with a teacher, a delicious dinner awaited us in the evening. Responsive staff

From the first moment you enter the hotel you feel customer-oriented attitude and high-class service. Although the hotel is in an isolated place it provides you with all the facilities for entertaining yourself. There are outdoor and indoor pools, sauna, tennis and volleyball court, table tennis, bowling (extra charge), 7D cinema (extra charge), you can offer food to the room with reasonable and affordable prices and for everything you can pay upon check-out. The rooms are spacious, clean, the ones overlooking to the forest are very calm with the soothing sound of the tiny river passing nearby. We had the booking with half board and we liked very much the variety and taste of the food in the restaurant.

This is the second time here. Since we have a car, and it’s not a problem to go to Yerevan to the office for work every day, we chose this hotel to come spend the night in silence, to the sounds of nature, the river, in the fresh air. Good selection of breakfasts, cleaning rooms, went to the laundry, within a couple of hours my husband’s shirts were in perfect condition! We have been here for exactly two weeks), everyone already knows our routine, we return late, come late for breakfast, they are always waiting for us), I had a million everyday requests, everything was fulfilled in the shortest possible time! Everyone is very friendly, at any time of the day ;). We express our gratitude to the management and every employee in all areas! We want to keep this high bar :)

Everything is fine . Service, rooms, nature. At the buffet level for breakfast and dinner. The staff fulfills every wish. The weather was also good. The pool is clean. It's a little boring in the evening, but there is bowling, billiards and table tennis.
