Piacevole soggiorno nei pressi di Arzachena. Struttura immersa nel verde con prati ben curati e bella piscina, ben tenuta. Personale gentile e disponibile. Rapporto qualità prezzo sbilanciato per due motivi principali, camera e colazione. Camera suite ampia ma poco luminosa, arredi in parte poco adeguati rispetto agli spazi disponibili. Colazione non promossa per quasi totale assenza di prodotti tipici, alcune proposte (es. frutta) lasciate a disposizione per più giorni con segni di iniziale deterioramento. Non abbiamo possibilità di dare un parere sulla cucina del pranzo e cena in quanto abbiamo preferito sperimentare altre proposte a causa delle impressioni lasciate dalla colazione e dalle recensioni non ottime di altri utenti. Nel complesso si sente comunque una predisposizione ad accontentare i gusti degli ospiti stranieri che, effettivamente, rappresentano la maggior parte della clientela.

This stunning property is located on the countryside not far from the main tourist attractions (beaches and archeological sites). The nature is very pretty and the hotel is very well maintained overall. We had initially booked a room for 2 nights but decided to add an extra night. The rooms are spacious and comfortable but could use some updates. A good stylist would be able to add little design touches here and there while maintaining the spirit of the place. It didn’t bother us though. The pool is beautiful although not heated (temperature was ok though as we were there in July) and the restaurant offers fine dining (food was a delight). I wish there was a little more variety for kids though. The staff is very professional. Not overwhelmingly flexible though. We asked to be taken to our room with their golf cart and were told these could only be used to carry bags to the rooms. The property sits on a hill and some rooms (including ours) required to climb very steep paths. Also, there is no service at the pool. Not a big deal but it would be nice if someone could check out on guests from time to time and also remove towels left by other guests. That wouldn’t take much time in someone’s day to offer that basic service. Overall, I am very happy with my stay and so were my kids (9 and 19). I would definitely go back.

Un posto incantevole. Nei tempi di una vita frenetica, "sempre di corsa" qui si ritrova la vera pace. Silenzio, verde, privacy e tanto relax. In 2 giorni uno si ricarica completamente. Giardino ben curato in ogni dettaglio, prato stupendo con degli alberi importanti e ben curati. Fiori colorati vicino alle varie casette. Piscine stupende. Camere arredate con gusto e fornite di tutto quello che serve durante un soggiorno. Letto corredato con 2 cuscini da poter scegliere secondo le proprie esigenze. Un dettaglio da non sottovalutare. Prodotti in bagno di alta qualità. Ristorante ben fornito, con piatti curati al minimo dettaglio. Complimenti per dessert Colazione varia e buffet ben fornito per ogni esigenza. Se hai bisogno di "staccare la spina" non trovi di meglio. Personale cortese, ben preparato. La proprietaria attenta ad ogni dettaglio è spre presente nella struttura. Si vede che ci ha messo il cuore lì dentro e ha realizzato un posto stupendo.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine en compagnie de toute l'équipe, et particulièrement avec Aldo et Simon, deux barman passionnés, qui vous concocteront de superbes cocktails, avec ou sans alcool, à base de fruits frais, pour vos après-midi de repos au bord d'une des 2 piscines que compte le domaine. Vous pourrez même passer 1h en leur compagnie pour apprendre à refaire votre cocktail préféré à la maison, avec des conseils de pro (Aldo a +25 ans d'expérience). L'endroit est très calme et très beau. Le personnel est très attentionné mais aussi discret. Le petit déjeuner est bon, avec beaucoup d'options salés et sucrés, mais je pense que le jus d'orange frais "a la minute" devrait être disponible en libre service comme on peut le voir un peu partout. Le restaurant a une carte "de bistrot" le midi, et est beaucoup plus élaborée le soir. Petit plus très pratique, on a accès à la carte du midi entre 15h et 18h au bar. Pas de problème pour se garer, c'est compris dans le prix.

Location stupenda immersa nel verde ed a pochi minuti dalle bellissime spiagge della Costa Smeralda. Personale alla reception gentile ed efficiente, mentre ci ha convinto meno il personale di sala. Menzione particolare per l’ottimo cocktail bar magistralmente gestito da Aldo con il suo aiuto barman. Alcuni dettagli non sono all’altezza della struttura (rifinitura in plastica delle piscine a sfioro ed arredi di pertinenza di fattura mediocre). Inoltre, pur essendo consapevoli delle ragguardevoli dimensioni della tenuta, non abbiamo riscontrato un adeguato livello di manutenzione nei dettagli (ad esempio la pulizia del fondo delle piscine non soddisfacente ). La nostra junior suite era decisamente spaziosa , ma la qualità del materasso e cuscini non consona . Inoltre , ci saremmo aspettati un livello di attenzione da parte della proprietà, ben superiore rispetto a quanto ricevuto. Al nostro arrivo (circa alle 18) ci ha accolto in maniera frettolosa il proprietario, promettendoci che all’indomani ci avrebbero fornito maggiori informazioni in merito alla struttura. Questo, nonostante la nostra permanenza di una settimana, è stato l’unico momento di “attenzione” riservatoci dalla proprietà. Ci saremmo aspettati nei giorni successivi almeno qualche domanda in merito alla nostra permanenza, ma così non è stato, peccato.

We often need to escape from the noise of live. Here is a beautiful oasis to escape and enjoy the silence of luxury. Geraldina has built a wonderful resort to relax and love your live. Every detail shows style, and you feel the expression of design. The people are like friends. Elisa organized perfectly the birthday dinner for my wife. Gianfranco created a brilliant meal. Tiziana has been just outstanding to make it unforgettable. And Aldo at the bar is like sunshine. What a brilliant team. Thank you Geraldina for creating such a magnificent residence.

We had an incredible stay at Stazzo Lu Ciaccaru. The property is beautiful—so well designed and elegant, but still relaxed and simple. The grounds are gorgeous, and we loved the two-bedroom suite we booked. The location was also perfect—close enough to the coast and other inland villages, but away from the crowds. The staff was absolutely exceptional: Elisa and Anna and Mariana in reception were so accommodating, and Elisa helped us arrange transportation and a rental car at the last minute, which made our stay even better. I am also so grateful for Aldo’s hospitality at the bar—he gave us the warmest welcome, and when I told him I was learning Italian, he was so kind by letting me practice with him, and would even speak to me in Italian and then translate for my mom; this was such a seemingly small thing, but it really made the trip feel special, and I’ll never forget it (he also makes a fantastic negroni). And lastly, the owner personally made sure we had no problems getting our luggage the morning we checked out at 6am, which was another incredible kindness. My mom and I hope to return to Sardinia, and if we do, we'll absolutely stay at Stazzo Lu again.

The property at this hotel is breathtaking. The grounds, buildings and facilities are lovingly and meticulously maintained. We stayed in a suite with a private pool. It was a lovely and wonderful room with plenty of space to make it as if our home. The breakfast is delicious with many choices. I highly recommend staying here as the staff is so pleasant and kind, the food is delicious and the overall setting is so relaxing. It’s not a long drive either if you want to venture out for a beach day. There are probably 30 to choose from within 30 minutes.
