Great hotel

The hotel was very nice and kept in excellent condition. The food served was also great and there were a lot of options for breakfast. Many amenities offered as well, including a very beautiful pool. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Great property lovely staff free underground gated parking

Reserved a Superior room with a balcony view for $520 per night. Received a small, ground floor room, no balcony and view of the sprinkler system (see picture). Front desk staff not very friendly. Hotel marketing states “steps to the beach”, but it’s a 15 minute golf cart ride. The picture they show for the beach must have been taken at 5am, because it’s a public beach, not private. It is filled with beach goers and people walking around selling all sorts of items. Not very comfortable if you enjoy a smidgen of privacy! Bedding in the room was not close to luxury.

We recently visited this lovely hotel that is situated towards the edge of town in a very quiet location with a 5 minute stroll to the town centre and beach area. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and modern, also cleaned twice a day. We had a superior room with balcony that had a side facing view that you could just see the sea. The balconies are big and make a wonderful addition to the stay. We requested a quiet room location and we were allocated room 202, no one above with a large balcony, we were never disturbed with any noise during the nights. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice especially if you have a sweet tooth which I do.. Staff were excellent and very efficient and tables were always available even when the hotel was full. We also ate at the hotel restaurant twice (lunch & dinner) and the food was delicious, with impeccable service in a very lovely setting around the inner court yard and the pool area. The hotel also has a fabulous spa area with steam room, sauna, various different hot & cold shower experiences and ice bath, there is an additional charge of 25 euros for 1 hour but it is worth it.. It also has a good outdoor gym that was busy at times. The hotel is also rather unique in offering a swimming pool, a private area on a nearby beach and also a decked sunbathing area over the sea which was our favourite place to relax during the day. Transport is provided to the beach & the decked area, however please note there are NO toilet facilities at the decked sunbathing area and it is a 10 minute walk back to the hotel or public toilets. The hotel also provided underground parking that was excellent and delivered you're car back when you needed it. Fabulous service. Our only small areas for improvement would be as follows: 1, Provide bottled water in the rooms daily! I have personally never stayed at a high end hotel and not had this as standard, when not able to drink the tap water. 2, Replenish the used coffee, tea & milks daily, I repeatedly had to ask for these to be replenished. 3, Provide toilet facilities at the decked beach area!

5 night stay on our honeymoon. Great location in Cannigione with many restaurants nearby and a shuttle to the nearby beach. Hotel staff were very friendly and gave a number of great recommendations to visit for day trips as we had rented a car from the airport to access Porto Cervo and a number of other beaches in the area. The hotel was only about 15 minutes from Baja Sardinia and 25 minutes to Porto Cervo by car , and close to a number of other beaches. The hotel always offered to park our car in the garage and bring it out front each time we left which was very convenient. The hotel provided towels to take to the beach as well as a beach bag which were all returned which was great to have. Rooms were very clean and comfortable Breakfast was included and had great selections every morning . We did not have lunch or dinner at the hotel as we were typically out for the majority of the days. Overall great stay and would recommend to others
