We cannot praise the staff enough for making our stay amazing. We travelled with our 9 month baby for the first time and didn’t realise the hotel was not baby friendly. This did not stop us having the best holiday and this simply because of the hotel manager Paola. She upgraded our room to one with a garden so our baby boy can enjoy it. Made sure we had a bath tub to bath our baby and even allowed us access to the spa. The reception staff were so helpful in advising the best beaches to visit- Giani and another lovely gentleman whose name I can’t remember. The restaurant staff were just FAB. They made breakfast and dinner for my baby boy and never made us feel bad for the food mess he made on the floor everyday meal time. The hotel is beautiful but it was the staff for us who made our stay perfect. Thank you all xx

We stayed at L'ea Bianca for 3 nights, great reception, great room with balcony, beautiful garden with large pool, half board is highly recommended, very good dinner, good breakfast, great staff. Parking directly in front of the hotel, a car is required, very good location, Porto Cervo is nearby.

Awful experience. Room was infested with ants. Management was very unwilling to work with us. I would expect much more from a high end resort. Extremely disappointed and frustrated! Tried working it out through credit card company and hotel but the hotel is being unreasonable.

We have already given a review. I just want to make another adjustment after a few months. The hotel will never be five star. The food is simply bad - a breakfast buffet is not gastronomy. The beach is inhospitable and repulsive. Service during breakfast and dinner comes from the freezer and microwave. The price for everything is absolutely outrageous.

Our stay here was excellent. The property is very beautiful and wonderfully maintained. Very spacious room and bathroom and balcony. Service is excellent. In the evening, my husband and I enjoyed playing cards on the comfortable couches on the patio, soaking in the beautiful views and having drinks and snacks. We were recommended a lovely sailboat tour and excellent hike. Highly recommend!

We chose the Ea Bianca Luxury Resort to celebrate our wedding and spent 4 nights in this hotel. We can only leave a maximum score for each service provided. The resort is surrounded by greenery, it is a place where you can breathe peace, harmony and beauty. Nous avons passé 3 jours dans la Villa Iris en famille. Nous avons beaucoup voyagé et fait de très beaux hôtels à travers le monde et nous pensons que celui-ci est parmi les meilleurs que nous ayons fait. Le personnel d'une attention et délicatesse hors du commun (et en plus ils parlent tous français......). Une Directrice attentionnée avec qui nous nous sommes sentis de vrais hôtes. Une villa d'une propreté irréprochable. 3 chambres, un salon et une cuisine. Le tout avec une terrasse privative pour chaque pièce/chambre. Une architecture de très bon goût et un style rustique mais épuré. Le restaurant est également très bien et la plage est très belle comme on l'attend sur la Costa Smeralda. Bref, un vrai bonheur. Nous reviendrons surement.
