The staff is consistently friendly, providing wonderful hospitality and promptly addressing guests' needs. Guests praise the comfortable rooms and clean environment, noting affordability and friendliness as added benefits.

All I can say is this hotel is not the cleanest. We found something very disgusting and disturbing when we decided to tell the clerk about it instead of making a whole scandal about it because we know that accidents happen. The clerk that works in the afternoon told us that she'll check on it. We checked out next thing we know they were putting the blame on us calling us liars, saying we did it. The biggest mistake was telling the clerk if I would’ve have known it would lead to them calling us liars, I would’ ve just called the health department instead. So if you guys stay in this hotel and you find vomit, urine, blood, mold, ticks or bed bugs I think you should just report it to the health department take pictures, videos and don't turn in your keys until the health department gets there or someone instead of the hotel workers. Because they end up putting the blame on you, instead of owning up to their mistakes because mistakes happen
