Residence Inn Arvada Denver West

Stay there for a week we rented a few rooms. We found stuff to be responsive, friendly, and couldn’t ask for more. We loved the pool with your granddaughter appreciated greatly. Facility is very well maintained. Lobby and eating area is very comfortable, lotta light and excellent breakfast.

I worked in hospitality for 8 years. I know a great hotel when I see one. The staff were all very friendly. Everyone welcomed you in and wished you a great day when you left. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I inspect rooms well, and this was practically spotless. The breakfast was relatively standard, but done well. I didn't use the gym or pool, but there was a standard hotel gym and the pool was more of a splash pad that kids seemed to really enjoy. Lastly, while not thought about when booking a hotel, it was actually pretty easy to get in and out and had a decent, free, parking lot. Overall I'm happy to say this is a great hotel and I hope they keep it up as this new hotel ages.

great stay, great location

Great property, bad design on the new showers, ok so no door, can begrudgingly understand, but the panel should have been wider, to keep the heat in, so whatever drove you to this design, your hot water costs have got to be higher, arrest the thieves who stole the shower doors!

Ditch the strong air fresheners When we arrived in our room it wreaked of an overwhelming air freshener odor. I have never smelled anything so strong. It was nauseating. The windows don't open and the fan would not stay on, so it was hot and VERY stuffy all night. Poor night sleep. You need to have some way of getting fresh air in, because the windows do not open. We had a do not disturb sign on the door, but the maid knocked anyway.

Great hotel, couch is rock hard. Everything was near perfect, except the couch was horrible and rock hard. Seems minor if you don't need it, think twice if you're picking a room because if it. Newer hotel, great location with many food options a short walk away.
