Good value but poor service. The property was ideally situated for our needs. The bedroom was quite small but the bathroom spacious. The light above the bed wasn’t working. We reported this on arrival but it wasn’t rectified in spite of an assurance that it would be. No-one came to make up the room or refill the tea/coffee after the first night. We couldn’t get onto the WiFi at all. We also had problems with the heating, which came on for only short periods and couldn’t be adjusted. Could be a very nice place to stay if these things were rectified.

A beautiful, cosy, clean room. Had everything you need and check in and out was very easy. Parking just outside the room too. .

This property worked perfectly for my short term need. In fact it worked well enough that I looked no further than another one of the landlords rooms nearby when I had to extend my stay.

Upon arrival the accommodation looked comfy and cozy however when we settled we discovered that everything electrical was run from extension leads plugged into extension leads. The bathroom was tatty at best with a random screw in the wall at eye level beside the toilet. The shower fitting was disgusting. The TV did not work (you could only get ITV 1) also unable to operate the hairdryer. There was information on how to contact the management however when you've travelled over 6 hours and arrive after 9pm you would hope that the basic amenities were working.

Not one of the best Room relatively small to much furniture about the room, bathroom couldn't swing a cat around, and not cleaned sufficiently ! Parking was ridiculous had to leave car elsewhere in the village. Sorry not for us !
