Prachtige oude hacienda met uitzicht over bananenplantages. Veel zitjes rondom het pand. Zwembad is klein maar goed genoeg. Het ontbijt is ruim voldoende. Voor avondeten ga liever eten in een restaurant in het nabijgelegen sfeervolle Arucas. Voor een 4-sterrenhotel is het wel wat gedateerd, met name de badkamer en bedjes bij t zwembad zijn aan vervanging toe. Ook is t erg gehorig. Wij hadden een suite op zolder maar ieder kuchje en snurken vd onderburen was te horen. Verder misten wij een waterkoker en/of koffie machine op de kamer. De gordijnen laten t zonlicht gewoon door dus ooglapje mee. Maar overall een fijne plek om een paar dagen te verblijven. Het personeel is vriendelijk. De dochter vd Spaanse eigenaar is een schatje die heel service gericht is en met iedereen een praatje maakt. Als zij het in de toekomst gaat overnemen komt het helemaal goed.

Nous revenons des Grandes Canaries où nous avons passé un très bon Séjour à l'hôtel Hacienda del bien suceso. Hôtel de petite taille au calme avec un personnel très chaleureux. C'est un vrai plaisir de se retrouver dans ce bâtiment ancien qui a beaucoup de charme. Les petits déjeuners sont vraiment exceptionnels avec du jus d'oranges frais tous le jours. En demi pension les repas sont très bien mais manque de variétés. Nous remercions le personnel en cuisine et au service et à l'accueil, LÉO , ESTHEFANIA, ANNA LISA, RAMON et tous les autres ... Nous étions 6 et tout a été fait pour que l'on puisse dîner ensemble. Merci encore à tous. Arlette et Jean Claude.

Teníamos muchas ganas de probar una experiencia diferente en la hacienda y fue una gran decepción. El brunch es una auténtica basura, y el precio no es barato, 20 euros por persona. El sitio del brunch es en un patio interior y no tiene esas vistas a las plataneras. El personal es muy amable y servicial, pero la comida es una basura. Bollería industrial, batido de Leche, plátano y Gofio que sólo sabe a leche con trozos de hielo, fiambre, tostada sin nada de elaboración. El sitio en si es bonito, con gran potencial, pero esta descuidado. El mantel de la mesa estaba con manchas negras de humedad. Ha sido una pena y ojalá que ofrezcan el servicio que merece este sitio. Una lástima.

La calidad del brunch deja mucho que desear. No se salva nada de lo que nos sirvieron y por supuesto no se asemeja en nada a las fotos publicadas en las redes sociales. Aprovechamos la oferta de 18 euros por persona para visitar un sitio que parecia idílico y del que esperabamos unos productos mas “gourmet” y no de un piso de estudiantes. La sorpresa fue encontrarnos con un brunch en el que nos sirvieron pan frio, bolleria descongelada, tomate y mermeladas en escasa cantidad o una tostada que podría hacerse un niño de 9 años, en definitiva una burla. Por ese precio hay muchos mejores sitios en los que desayunar en la ciudad de Las Palmas de muchisima mayor calidad y elaboración. Creo que es mejor servir menos productos pero de mejor calidad. Una pena.

De kamers zijn verschillend en niet onaangenaam en wel charmant van inrichting ,kunnen best een update verdragen. Geen airco is geen probleem in november , maar wat in de zomer? Het diner was abominabel. Boek alleen met ontbijt en ga eten in Arucas daar heb je een wandelstraatje met restaurantjes.

Relaxing hotel
I was there for one night and the service in the reception was amazing.
But I only have one thing that was a bit irritating. In the evening I went to the restaurant and had some food and I unfortunately got the waiter that didn’t understand a word of English and he also order the wrong food but then the other waiter came in and helped and sort it out.

Romantik på landet
Romantisk i bananplantasje like utenfor Arucas by. Store tradisjonspregede rom, gode senger, greit bad. Stort særpreget Jacussi-rom. Men dessverre litt for kaldt i rommet og i vannet. Bør være over 30grader i vannet. Trivelig plass til fire. Enkel og god frokost. Tre retters middag ulik fra dag til dag. Cava "on the house" både til frokost og middag. Velvillig og hyggelig betjening. En justyering av "musakken" ønskelig. Tror det var samme CD på repeat i seks dager! Leiebil noen dager ga gode muligheter for å se nordsiden av gran Canaria. Bussforbindelse Las Palmas - Arucas velfungerende.

Trevligt och mysigt
Ett riktigt mysigt och trevligt hotell. Dock kändes junior sviten mer som ett standardrum och runt poolområdet var det rätt skräpigt. Middagen som ingick i halvpension var godkänd men inte mer.
