I visited Arta with friends for a weekend in Nov 2024. we chose the place for the very economical prices they offered, and since we thought we would use it only for sleeping and cleaning up, as we were going to be on the road most of the time. We were pleasantly surprised to find that it was a very nice place to stay and chat, to sleep, to clean up and to have a wonderful breakfast. Also, it was very close to almost any place we had planned to visit (especially downtown Arta), and the staff was very polite and accommodating to our requests. Although it got rather cold after mid-Saturday, the availability of heat via air-conditions, made us feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend it if one is visiting Arta, especially given the economical prices it offers.

Αντιπαθής ιδιοκτήτρια χωρις καμια πρόθεση να εξυπηρετήσει. Μας εστειλε μονους μας στους διαδρομους του ξενοδοχείου να βρουμε την καμαριερα για να μας ενημερωσει σε ποιο δωματιο να μείνουμε. Τα μολις 2 ατομα που ηταν υπευθυνα για την καθαριότητα του ξενοδοχείου δεν προλαβαιναν να εξυπηρετουν τους επισκεπτες. Περιμεναμε στις 17:00 στον διάδρομο μεχρι να μας ετοιμασουν το δωματιο. Η καθαριοτητα του δωματιου οχι κ τοσο καλη. Στο μπανιο υπήρχαν χρησιμοποιημενα σαπουνια, η λεκανη ηταν βρωμικη κ το δωματιο δεν ηταν καλα σκουπισμενο. Πάρκινγκ βρισκεις μονο αν εισαι τυχερος στην είσοδο του ξενοδοχείου. Ο χωρος που προοριζει το ξενοδοχειο ως παρκινγκ ειναι εγκαταλελειμμενος χωρις καθολου φως

Αγενής ιδιοκτήτρια του ξενοδοχείου με άρνηση να εξυπηρετήσει σε οποιαδήποτε πληροφορία του επισκέπτη. Το ξενοδοχείο δεν ήταν καθαρό εμείς βρήκαμε κατσαρίδες στο δωμάτιο .Στο πρώτο δωμάτιο που μας έδωσαν το air condition ήταν ανεπαρκές βρώμικο δωμάτιο και τζάμια καθώς και στην βεράντα είχε υπολείμματα από εργασίες συντήρησης.

Πολύ ομορφο ξενοδοχείο, σίγουρα αξίζει τα 4 αστέρια του, καθαρό, ευρύχωρο, είχαμε καμαριέρα κάθε μέρα από τις 3 που μείναμε, με καθαρές Πετσέτες, πολύ καλό πρωινό με πολλαπλές επιλογές, υπέροχη τοποθεσια και κοντά στην πόλη….θα ξανα εμένα ευχαρίστως.

Πήγα για check in στις 17:00. Παρεμπιπτόντως είχα δώσει προκαταβολή για το δωμάτιο. Η κυρία στην υποδοχή εκεινη την ώρα εψαχνε τι δωμάτιο θα μου δώσει και τηλεφωνούσε στο προσωπικό καθαριότητας του ξενοδοχείου για να μάθει τι δωμάτια είναι διαθεσιμα...... Και θέλετε δύο κρεβάτια;;;; Όλοι τέτοια θέλετε........ Ήταν η ερώτηση απορίας ...... Το δωμάτιο παντελως ακαθάριστο. Λίγη προσοχή στην συμπεριφορά δεν θα έβλαπτε........ Δυστυχώς δημιουργήθηκαν θέματα και σε άλλους φίλους που μείναμε το ίδιο διάστημα εκεί.

Πάρα πολύ βρόμικο, στο check in ψάχνανε σε ποιο δωμάτιο θα μείνουμε. 4κλινο με ράντζα... Και κουβέρτες για 1 κρεββάτι. Χωρίς παντζούρια ή κουρτίνες black out. Παντού αράχνες! Τηλεόραση ο,τι μικρότερο υπάρχει στην αγορά. Ανεπαρκή πρωινό,στα 10 λεπτά είχαν τελειώσει σχεδόν όλα χωρίς να τα ανανεώσουν. Θέρμανση εικονική και πολύ θόρυβο το air condition. Καμμένες λάμπες. Ο εξαερισμός στην τουαλέτα δεν λειτουργεί καν.

Ότι χειρότερο στα 25 χρόνια των εξορμήσεών μας. Δωμάτιο με ταινία απολύμανσης στην τουαλέττα υπήρχαν μέσα ακαθαρσίες, καλαθάκι στο μπάνιο με απορρίμματα , δωμάτια που το καζανάκι δεν είχε νερό, δωμάτιο που έτρεχε νερό από το καζανάκι και κυκλοφορούσαν στο δωμάτιο με άρβυλα, δωμάτιο που από την ντουζιέρα έβγαιναν από κάτω νερά, χωρίς κρεμάστρες και πολλές άλλες ελλείψεις. Όχι 4 αστέρων ούτε για ένα αστέρι δεν κάνει...... Υπάρχουν διαθέσιμα και τα νούμερα των δωματίων, 233, 235,236, 245, 238
