Air condition is not working,its hot like hell in room,no technical service and they offer me to wait and bellboy may come and check airconditions .what a professional way to manage hotel.after a long business trip this is not acceptable situation

No non-smoking rooms, broken chair, smell in room, old furniture, no balcony. Althougj asked for a non-smoking room I was not provided with any option and had to stay at a dens smoking smell for whole night. The ventilation of the room was insufficient which made things even worse.

My biggest negative is the lack of outlets near the bed. The TV doesn't pick up many channels. The room smells like cigarette smoke, so you might want to freshen up a bit. They said there was a gym on the phone, but when we arrived, they said it was under renovation. Twenty of us checked in at noon, and some of the rooms didn't work. I hope breakfast is good. I don't know the price, so I can't comment on the price.

Biryerde yangın mı var neden çalıyor dedım yok yok bır odada sigara içilmiş ondan calıyor dedı sonra orda temızlıkten gorevlı olan kadını o alarm calan odaya yolladı Oda boş kımse kalmıyor ama alarm calıyor . Şimdi odada sigara içildıgı için alarm çalıyor dıye Yalan soylenıyor oda boş olan yerde kım nasıl sigara içer ? Neyse 21 de geldıgımız otele 21:40 da odamıza cıkabıldık . Saat 14 de hazır olması gereken oda hazır degıl . 3 kişi konaklama ücreti alınan otelde Eğer ki 3 kişilik ödeme alıyorsan oda kahvaltı ise o odaya 3 su 3 bardak 3 cesıtlı çay ve kahve konulmalı yıllardır iş seyahatlerine çıkıyorum tatillere gıdıyorum hiç böyle yönetmelıgı olan bir Otel görmedim resepsiyonu arıyorum konsept böyle yonetmelıgımız bana mail olarak atarmısın o yonetmelıgı yok atamam . Çok basit bir işletme otel çalışan deneyımsız karşılama yok otele gırıyorsunuz bangıe bangıe alarm calıyor otelde karşınızda kımse yok 3 kişilik oda parası odeyıp oda da sadece 1 adet su 2 çay konulmuş . İnanılmaz Rezil berbat bir otelsınız geç saat olduğu için kalmak zorunda kaldım eger paramı geri alabılırsem yarın çıkmak isterim Gerçekten berbatsınız

Başta Buket hanım olmak üzere çalışan arkadaşlar ve otel muhteşem. Hiç beklemediğiniz anda sizi mutlu edecek bir şeyler buluyorlar. Çalışan arkadaşlar misafirler için adeta seferber olmuşlar. Kahvaltı sonrası kahve ikramı, odalar her gün sorgusuz temizleniyor. Kaldığım oteller içerisinde bir numara diyebilirim. Teşekkürler .

2 ağustos giriş yaptığımız otelde ücretli yemek servisi istedik 4mezeli tabak diye verdiğimiz siparişte yazanlar yok diye iptal ettik ancak hesabı öderken servis ücreti diye birşey farkettik masaya gelen servise tam 3 defa ücret yazılmış yani iptal edilen mezeyi yine bize ödettiler mevzu parası değildi bu insanı kandırmak ben tek yemekle iki servis almadımki bu ne saçmalık saygısızlık restoranta gelen müşteriye 3defa KUVER yazmak nedir???
