Взяли номер ЛЮКС. Оплатили 3 суток. 1. После заселения открыли холодильник, а из него вонь, будто кто-то умер в нем. В итоге холодильник просто вынесли из номера, другой не предоставили. 2. Прикроватная лампочка не работала, попросили поменять. Пообещали сделать и пропали. Через 2 часа обратилась к ним ещё раз, сообщили, что нужен ремонт, а сейчас ничего сделать с этим не могут. Ни извинений, ничего. 3. Утром встали, пошли умываться, отключили воду. 20 минут с пастой во рту и мылом в глазах искали воду. Не нашли. На всей базе нет воды, администратора вообще нет на базе. С вечера попросили подготовить возврат за 2 ночи, сообщили, что утром будем съезжать. Утром пришли- на базе только разнорабочий, возврат сделать не может, админа нет, управляющего нет, трубку от нас никто не берёт. 2 часа ждали админа, он так и не пришёл. Трубку от нас так никто и не взял. Позже с нами не связались. Разнорабочий кое как вернул нам деньги за 2 ночи. Половину тёплого дня мы просто потратили на ожидание возврата денежных средств. Худшая гостиница. Не рекомендую абсолютно!

Были в середине сентября 2022 года. Заказали люкс за 4 т.р. за ночь. Семья из 3-х человек. Администратор по телефону описала номер:, 1,5 кровать и двуспальная. На деле же оказалось 1 спальная и полуторка. Люкс размером 3х3 метра. При заезде на парковку (полная машин) администратор сказала: где найдете место там и ставьте машину! Вот это я понимаю люкс по аршански. Хорошо, что вообще кровати были. Впечатления от места ночлега остались упаднические, благо природа Аршана компенсировала. Не советую останавливаться в Вилла Империя!
