L'Hôtel rural Font Del Genil est situé dans un endroit idyllique : Arsèguel : un joyeux village typique de pierre au milieu de la nature et des montagnes. Cet établissement, décoré avec goût et qualité : bois, pierre , peintures naturelles, est un lieu propre sain et chaleureux où l'on se sent bien immédiatement et dont on a pas envie de partir. Ce sentiment de bien-être est aussi dû à l'accueil cordial, bienveillant, attentif et efficaces des hôtes. La chambre "mariage" que nous avions réservé est spacieuse, le lit est grand et confortable et possède une vue splendide sur la montagne et les champs. La belle charpente apparente en bois massif au plafond se marie parfaitement avec la tonalité chaleureuse des murs et des draps. Au restaurant, qui partage la même vue sur la montagne, la nourriture du petit déjeuner et des repas est délicieuse, fait-maison, de saison et raffinée. Bref cet hôtel est une pépite avec un rapport qualité-prix imbattable, que nous ne pouvons que recommander vivement.

Charming hotel with spacious, comfortable and clean rooms. Very good breakfast. We had dinner at the hotel and without a problem, everything was good and well priced. All the staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. The beautiful town. Place to rest.

I do not recommend it nor will I return to this place. The hotel is not clean. I expressed my discomfort to Guillem in charge of the hotel and there was little ability to react. My room was not acceptable. Bed with hair, torn towels, bedspread with holes, small mattress protector which did not allow the bed to fit properly, sheets with a musty smell (I asked them to please change them and if they did they still smelled bad). Room full of dust, curtains that haven't been washed in years, stained fabric chair. Horrible decoration both in the room and in the restaurant. Bulbs with mixed white and warm light. There is no hospitality or good work. Zero love and zero detail in the room and restaurant. I have read other very positive comments, they must have been from the previous owners. Now it is no longer the case. For dinner I ordered breaded chicken with salad, they served me frozen breaded chicken. It is a shame. I paid €700 for three nights, two rooms and no breakfast included...an abuse for the product received.
