This hotel must have been lovely once but lack of TLC, money and time have taken their toll . Lift and some Lights not working , windows don't close properly , our bedroom door key kept jamming in lock , springs almost coming through one of the beds . My son's room smelled of damp and had nails sticking out of wood . Decided to skip breakfast and just leave once we got up because of other people's reviews . Won't be returning and will stay at Tarbert hotel next time because it is the best of the three big cheap hotels around arrochar.

Loch long Hotel could be a lot cleaner. However, what really spoiled my stay was UK.trip.com. After I .ade the booking trip.com announced that the booking could not be varied. Then a couple of days before the due date, another anouncement about a £50 up front payment.
Trip.com left a sour taste in my mouth

I stayed in a lovely single room, it’s was so warm and the bed was super comfy.
Lovely location with beautiful scenery, would definitely stay again.
