Non scrivo mai recensioni negative, ma la notte passata in questa struttura mi induce a mettere in guardia chi volesse una sistemazione dignitosa, Parlo della mia camera senza finestra umida e puzzolente del seminterrato , con una colonna portante di fianco al letto, riparata alla meno peggio con un adesivo per coprire la moquette strappata. Certe "operazioni commerciali"cioè vendere a prezzo pieno una camera così, andrebbero valutate con attenzione, il cliente non ha sempre ragione, ma se si sente truffato e in dovere di mettere in guardia altri utenti dal cadere nella stesso errore, forse almeno va ascoltato.

Todavía sigo esperando una respuesta de parte de lo poco humano y compresible del personal. Reserve una habitación a las 20.21 min y a las 20.23 la cancelé SIN QUERER. No me tomaron la reserva ni tuvieron en cuenta mi reclamo. 130€ pagué y no les interesó nada más que meter plata en el bolsillo. Una vergüenza. Contesten los mensajes.

Camere maleodoranti e poco igienizzate, forse per la moquette vecchia e le pareti rivestire di tessuto imbottito, TV piccolissima, colazione pessima di bassa qualità e con assortimento scarsissimo senza operatore di sala. Non è assolutamente un 4 stelle, ma nemmeno 3. Non c'è ascensore

Ho pernottato in questo hotel ed ho fatto un'ottima scelta. Cortesia del personale, camera pulita e ben sanificata, pavimento in moquette, pareti insonorizzate, tavolo e scrivania, tutto ottimo per studio, lavoro e riposo notturno durante un viaggio business. Parcheggio privato disponibile. Rete wireless un pò lenta, ma funziona, la colazione non l'ho richiesta. Consigliatissimo.

All we wanted was just a bed and a shower where to rest the late night hours after a party without spending a fortune and this hotel served our purposes. Honestly I think as a 4 star is too much but understand that star classification are given according to services available for guests; in this case, there is a 24 hour reception service, parking, minibar, business center, pool and a restaurant which is next door. The room was cleaned, below average toiletries, worn room but still workable. We used their pool in the afternoon and have to say it was nice. The location is not idyllic, people who stay here are mostly for business reasons, there are many commercial industries around or like us after screening all hotels and b&bs of our area of interest (some kilometers away), this one came as an ideal solution for what we needed. The afternoon girl receptionist was kind of apathic, no smile, say hi and no expression in contrast with the night shift receptionist who brought us some coffee and croissants saying try to have something before taking the wheel (it was 5:30 a.m. and breakfast service is after 7:00 a.m.) The 4th green point review is for him.

Pessima esperienza. In Hotel 4 stelle che ne vale non più di 2… letto scomodissimo, moquette vecchissima e chissà quanti acari… serramenti che non si possono aprire e colazione in tugurio pessima e con prodotti scaduti! Da starne lontano!
