The grounds are gorgeous and our villa was perfect for my family but it is Neil that makes this place special. Your kindness is exceptional and we can't thank you enough for your hospitality. We loved all of the places you suggested and the fact that most of them are walkable was a plus! You made our first visit to Rarotonga very special and memorable. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Arcadia Retreat, it was extremely peaceful and relaxing. We stayed in Vila Ta’i which was spacious, clean and well equipped. The balcony was huge and was a great spot to sit and read in the early morning. The pool and surrounding gardens were well kept and became another favourite relaxation spot. Arcadia is located within close proximity to cafes, bars and restaurants (some of walking distance and others a 5 minute drive). We want to say a huge thank you to Neil for being such a wonderful host, (he makes amazing Mango Daiquiris) we will definitely be coming back to stay at Arcadia again.

Christmas on Raro
A little oasis in lush gardens, a lovely private pool area and all the amenities set up for a perfect laid back island holiday. Neil is a wonderful host and super helpful and friendly. We stayed in the upper level 2 bed apartments which is large, comfortable and perfect to chill on the huge balcony. Just perfect. Rarotonga is a beautiful island with loads of beach bars, restaurants and activities by day. A trip to Aitutaki is a MUST.

My adult son and I, have just returned to Auckland, after attending a family wedding in Rarotonga.
We had the good fortune to stay at the Arcadia Retreat for a week.
This has been the most relaxing holiday we have ever had. It was quiet, set in a beautiful tropical garden setting, close to the beach and some eateries. The accommodation was very clean and well set out.
Neil, the owner, was extremely friendly and helpful.
We will definitely be back. Thanks Neil.

Our host was super helpful, informative and accommodating. We had Christmas on the Island with our lunch organised by our host, along with our rental car and several other dining and tourist activities. Enjoyed our Christmas immensely and highly recommend staying at Arcadia for intimate experience as well as being at the centre of it all !! Best location on the island for everything.

Our host Neil was incredible. So accommodating and chill. Gave us everything we needed and also recommended some fantastic places to go to. The pool was lovely too. Highly recommend this place. Will absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much Neil, really appreciate it.

Highly enjoyed our stay at Arcadia. We stayed in Ta’i villa which was very spacious, neat and tidy. Loved the shared pool and bbq area. Neil was an exceptional host who is friendly and welcoming.
