Camera confortevole, silenziosa e pulito. Struttura con posizione strategica: a due passi dalla stazione e fronte lago/zona pedonale. Essenziale nell'arredo e negli accessori. Dotato di wi-fi. Personale affabile, professionale e disponibile sin dalla prenotazione. Colazione internazionale varia, assortita e di qualità. Servizio Bar efficiente. Garanzia...consigliato.

Abbiamo passato 3 giorni in questo albergo in centro ad Arona proprio accanto alla stazione ferroviaria e di fonte al lago Maggiore. La sua posizione è senz'altro uno dei punti di forza, gli altri sono il prezzo e la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale. La struttura in sé è un po' datata e la camera dove abbiamo alloggiato lo è ancora di più. Il bagno, in particolare, deve assolutamente essere ristrutturato. Sono presenti 2 piccoli ascensori per recarsi ai piani delle camere. La colazione è appena sufficientemente per un 4 stelle, mentre i pasti sono abbondanti e molto buoni. C'è il wifi gratuito in tutta la struttura e l'albergo offre gratis il pass per parcheggiare l'auto in tutte le zone a pagamento della cittadina senza limiti di tempo. A 5 minuti a piedi c'è l'imbarco per visitare il lago e le isole borromee. Complessivamente posso consigliarlo.

1. Awful Hotel. Very Bad experience. Room too warm with air conditioning turned off by employees and management boss. No air conditioning working Mini bar broken Window curtain black poor working. Chair broken. I felt down and hurt my shoulder. Listening during experience very sorry, “excuse” from employees and the manager my problems not solved. I stay here from time to time cause is obligation by my company . My trip is business. But if a have to stay with my family, the answer is never! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Hotel sconsigliato datato.4stelle regalate.. colazione industriale e scarsa..terzo letto era in divano.unica nota positiva.. posizione eccellente ..vicino alla stazione e alla zona pedonale..personale gentile

E' un 4 stelle anni 80 rimasto così. Prezzo un pò alto e si sente ancora l'odore della moquette anni 80. Bagno senza finestra e areazione. La doccia con piastrelle vecchie e macchiate. Materasso duro e lenzuola con un piccolo buco, non accettabile in un 4 stelle. Colazione da business hotel, tavoli vicinissimi e macchina del caffè automatica. Buon assortimento di dolci. Ho scoperto dopo che se chiedi ti fanno un caffè dal bar. O tutti o nessuno. Visto che è un 4 stelle potrebbero chiedere a tutti se gradiscono bevande dal bar. In questa zona il parcheggio è tutto a pagamento. C'è una piazza libera un pò più in là. Essendo classificato come 4 stelle le camere dovrebbero essere più belle e curate. Avesse meno stelle la recensione sarebbe stata positiva.

Hôtel qui date mais très bien entretenu, literie très confortable, chambre très propre. L'accueil est sympathique . Quant au repas, c'était parfait, service impeccable et avons bien mangé. Bonne adresse

I didn’t stay here but sought the assistance of the front desk the other night when caught out by a storm. The receptionist was kind in getting a taxi sorted for us and providing a great welcome. Well done Atlantic.

Hotel molto curato, camere pulite e dotate di ogni confort, vicinissimo alla stazione e con camere con vista lago. Colazione abbondante sia dolce che continentale e personale sempre disponibile. All'interno è presente anche il ristorante. Consigliato
