Both the person that checked us in and the person that checked us out were super kind and friendly. I wish I knew the name of the person that checked us in. We had no idea what we were doing when we checked in and she was so patient and kind while walking us though it. Heck! Even the guy who explained parking to us was super nice! Kuddos, Chicago.

Loved it plain and simple

I stayed here in the past so was very skeptical coming back, I am glad I did, It is a completely different hotel, they look like that have updated a lot in the past 2 years. We received new desk chairs during out stay. They are definitely more comfortable than the black plastic and metal ones. I will continue to come back when I am in the area. I love that some of the staff is still the same, Amber and Jeff almost moving or cleaning something!

Someone else made this reservation for me. His comment was "this is a little further away from our house but we saved you $50.00" Now I know what $50.00 can buy me: A nice looking lobby, where I could wait to be picked up; a lamp by my bedside; a bed that is comfortable; hot water in the shower; a hair drawer and a coffee pot in my room, or at least in the hotel! I have never stayed in such a stripped down hotel in my life. I have since learned that this is an extended stay hotel and I guess that explains the sparse amenities as many of your guests will provide there own, I guess. I was alone and this place seemed very spooky. The next morning I had to walk about two blocks, dragging my suitcase, to get my first coffee of the morning. The restaurant I found was divine!!!

We stayed due to power outage and storm damage. Room was ok, beds horribly uncomfortable. Was charged double advertised rate, and due to reservation mistake was charged for 2 nights. Immediately talked to 3 different people, customer service and was told to talk to Manger on Monday, Manager Amber REFUSED to even talk with me. Several phone numbers given were unreachable.

Staff and management is kind and helpful. Rooms are clean with a kitchenette for long stays. Good location in a busy plaza. Quiet so you can get a good night's rest. Easy access to St Louis. Any problems were solved immediately. Would recommend for extended stays needing quick access to the city.

Amber & staff run a great hotel. They make sure to keep it clean & safe, yet they are very helpful and fair to guets! No complaints! The little kitchenette saves money so you don't always have to eat out! Just bring coffee pot. 😊 We would definitely stay again!

This hotel is managing by some 'HORRIBLE CHEATERS'. If you are attracted, seeing the 'low rate' , you will regret, when you will lose your money. If you complain about the hotels hundreds of different problems, they will take your money and then kick you out WITHOUT REFUND, This place is very UNHEALTHY [Room has 'BLACK MOLD', full of patients (not sure COVID patients or not), staffs don't wear masks, use no sanitizer etc.], UNCLEAN (no room service, no maintenance), UNSAFE (full of immigrant workers and your car can be broken). Here is my story – I stayed there for a couple of months. When I complained first time, to remove the 'BLACK MOLD', they took no action. Apart from that, I also complained about - 'HEATING' is not working, rainwater was coming inside the room, someone trying to break my car at night, they took no action, rather started threatening me. Finally, when I complained again about the BLACK MOLD, they kicked me out on 16th Nov, without REFUNDING the 10 days advanced payment (I paid for 28days, till 26th Nov). Also, they didn't refund 1st month's taxes (as per the state occupancy law if someone stayed more than one month, they need to return taxes). Now I need to go to the court to recover my money and need to file a complaint to MO-AG's office. So, if you go there to stay, instead of saving, you will waste more money and time, finally regret “why didn't I go to a better expensive hotel”.
