De douche vonden wij aan de (te) krappe kant. Een bad is niet meer van deze tijd zeker als het gaat om het bewust omgaan met drinkwater. Bad vervangen door inloopdouche ... Voor de rest is het als vanouds: ruime kamer en prima bedden inclusief koffie- en theefaciliteiten.

We waren met vakantievrienden in het hotel, het eten was fantastisch, kamers keurig ingericht en schoon, personeel was zeer vriendelijk en professioneel. De omgeving is schitterend. Het enige smet was het verblijf in de bar/brasserie. Na de maaltijd zijn we naar de bar gegaan voor een borrel, ambiance is schitterend, personeel heel vriendelijk, maar dat er op een zaterdagavond om 22.30 uur word omgeroepen dat de laatste ronde word ingeschonken vind ik echt belachelijk!! Personeelstekort werd aangedragen als excuses, maar er waren voldoende personeelsleden aanwezig en het is tenslotte horeca!! Het was te laat om alsnog naar Arnhem te gaan en zat er niets anders op dan nog in de lobby te gaan zitten wat ten koste ging van de sfeer. In andere Van der Valk hotels heb ik dit nog nooit meegemaakt, dit was wel ff een smet op ons verblijf. Jammer

Buitenkant ziet er nog oud uit qua vorm maar goed onderhouden. Binnen is alles modern en netjes. Prima kamer met zeer ruime badkamer (junior suite). Zeer gemakkelijk dat er een restaurant en bar aanwezig is waar uitgebreid kan worden gegeten, zowel avondeten als ontbijt.

Leider wurden unserer Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Das Frühstück war zwar in Ordung und das Ambiente in den öffentlichen Räumen ansprechend, das Essen im Restaurant und die Bar jedoch nicht zu empfehlen. Keine Liebe zum Detail. Auch das Zimmer war nicht so, wie man es von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel erwarten würde: kühl und teilweise abgenutztes Mobiliar. Zudem fehlte es an einigen Stellen an englischen Übersetzungen. Man kann innerhalb von 20 min mit dem Bus in die Innenstadt fahren und ist schnell im Nationalpark De Veluwe, jedoch würden wir beim nächsten Mal ein Hotel mit besserem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wählen.

Vriendelijk personeel. Mooie ruime kamer super netjes en schoon. Diner was ruim voldoende en smaakte heerlijk,en het ontbijt was ook super heel veel keus. Wij hebben geen negatieve ervaring met dit hotel dus bij deze een positieve vermelding.
