Nothing wrong with the actual hotel n very close to the station. But if you are driving very small car park and on-street packing limited in a rough area.

Nous avions loué une chambre pour une nuit, nous nous doutions bien que ça n’allait pas être le luxe au vu du prix (qui parfois ne veut rien dire) Chambre déplorable, taches sur les oreillers, sur les murs, touffe de cheveux sous l’évier, poils épais noir et cheveux dans la douche (photos à l’appui) Petit +, un parking facile Les 2 étoiles sont pour le serveur du petit déjeuner qui lui, était vraiment sympathique, accueillant et souriant

Une nuit en famille sur la route des vacances. Excellent accueil de la dame qui était à l'accueil et que nous avons revu le lendemain au copieux petit déjeuner. Cette dame nous a été d'excellent conseil pour notre soirée ! Nous avons très bien dormi dans notre chambre pour 4 très propre et fonctionnelle!

Good hotel for one night Family room really small and poorly soundproofed. Good bedding Little choice at breakfast and the breakfast room is small and unwelcoming. Private parking (but the barrier is never closed) No elevator Staff in unprofessional attire (socks and slides :))

Excellent budget B&B. We stayed for only 1 night on way through France to Spain. Room on the small side but it’s only for sleeping ! Bed very comfy for me as it’s very firm. You only get 1 pillow so bring your own if you like more. Bed spotlessly clean. Basic shower room with great shower and loads of hot water. Room very clean but basic. Stairs up to loft room are steep! No kettle but breakfast available on the ground floor. We didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment. Lovely lake opposite and a couple of minutes to Le Mans circuit. Huge Super U supermarket 2 minutes away. Only about 5 mins from centre of town for eating etc. Overall excellent value for money if you want a basic stay in Le Mans. We paid 47€ for 3 adults & 1 child. Bargain!
