More than a hostel, Solar Hostel Búzios is a house on the beach that you decided to rent with a large group and, therefore, you don't know everyone. Managed by Fátima and Orlando, guests feel at ease in every environment: a large living room, a backyard with a stylish and well-kept garden, an inviting pool area, a balcony with a sofa and hammock and a really cool bar where you can drink Delicious caipis for a reasonable price. The communal kitchen space is at the back of the backyard and is very cute and practical. I've been there twice. The first, alone, in a shared room. The second, as my boyfriend. We took a private room with a bathroom. He loved the experience, as he had never been to a hostel before. My hugs to Mel and Gui, always ready to help us. A big kiss to Leila for her unbeatable friendliness. It's great to go to a hostel that welcomes solo travelers looking for adventure and also families. You are to be congratulated! Oh! And it's close to the beach.

Very good location, 3 blocks from Geriba beach, shopping center and public transportation. Fatima and Orlando very friendly and willing at all times. The facilities are very well maintained and the pool is clean. You can cook and have a bar open all day. Good option to go with family and also with friends. I would return without hesitation

Strong smell of Morfo, a lot of humidity in the room, dirty pillows. Small room with 14 beds. Room in poor condition. Needs Improvement. Young Management seemed to me to have little experience in hospitality. Attentive staff. Good location. I couldn't post the photos.
