O hotel é uma delícia!!!! Realmente uma vila!! Espaço lindo e com uma decoração única e feita tudo com muito capricho em todos os detalhes, desde a roupa de cama até o banheiro com todos os mimos. Café da manhã maravilhoso!! O restaurante Lá Gare (dentro do hotel) também não deixa por menos - pratos deliciosos e sempre com música ao vivo a partir das quartas-feiras. Pra finalizar não posso deixar de mencionar o trabalho de toda a equipe. Simplesmente sensacional!!! Treinados pra mimarem os hóspedes o tempo todo!! Parabéns a todos sem exceção e obrigada pela atenção !!!

Um oásis em meio à confusão da cidade em janeiro! Nem precisa sair da pousada pra curtir uns dias relax. Pessoal atento aos detalhes, solícito e muito simpático. Café da manhã surreal de bom! Decoração charmosa em todos os cantinhos. Lugar na praia garantido com serviço maravilhoso de petiscos e bebidas. Tem ainda a opção de ficar pela pequena piscina com um livro ;) Restaurante delicioso com atrações musicais. Quarto lindo e aconchegante. Tudo perfeito!

El hotel es de una excelente calidad, se preocupan de muchos detalles. Partiendo porque es muy bonito, distinto, te sientes como en Grecia y es un pequeño Oasis. Nuestra experiencia fue muy buena, es muy tranquilo, para ir a descansar y desconectar está ideal. La atención de todos es buenísima, son muy amables y es personalizado al ser un hotel boutique. El desayuno es exquisito, a la carta y otras cosas como fruta, yogurt, etc autoservicio. Acá destaco a la barista que hacía los mejores capuccinos, y muy bonitos con diseño. Principalmente destacar a Wilcker, demasiado simpático, atento, nos atendió increíble estaba siempre preocupado de que estuviéramos a gusto. Lucas también muy amable. El restaurante del hotel es exquisito, la verdad fue el restaurante donde comimos más rico en Buzios, el pulpo estaba maravilloso muy bien hecho. Las habitaciones cómodas, quizás el baño un poquito chico pero para 2 personas estaba bien y te dejan productos Natura que son de buena calidad. La cama cómoda. En relación al servicio de playa, tiene acceso directo a la playa Ossos que es tranquila, familiar y te ofrecen sombrillas y sillas de playa y puedes pedir cosas del bar del hotel ahí mismo. También está el servicio de kayak y stand up paddle que se puede utilizar gratuitamente, nosotros anduvimos en kayak y es súper tranquilo para recorrer las playas porque no hay muchas olas. En resumen recomiendo 100% el hotel, volveríamos es un hotel de excelente categoría.

Volto sempre!
Búzios tem muitas opções de qualidade, mas o que me faz sempre voltar para o Vila da Santa é a facilidade de acesso à praia e, principalmente, a gentileza de todos funcionários. É até injusto eu citar nomes porque são realmente todos muito atenciosos e gentis.

The staff was excellent. The food was terrific. It is very family friendly. We arrived late due to a flight and they kept the kitchen open and were very helpful with the kids. The rooms are terrific and it’s very well located.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel de Santa in Búzios! The rooms were amazing, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The hotel offers easy access to the beach, making it perfect for relaxing seaside days. The service was excellent—everyone was attentive and polite, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I definitely recommend this hotel when staying in Búzios, thanks to its prime location by the beach and proximity to the central area. A perfect choice for a memorable romantic getaway!

This boutique hotel located with direct access to the beach is a little gem in the best part of very buzy Buzios specifically at the weekend !!!! The decor is very quirky lots of costal props, but in very good taste….It almost felt like we were n Greece…. The staff is amazing, all very helpful and extremely friendly and you definitely feel at home amongst friends. We only had breakfast and it was delicious and plentiful , lovely fresh fruits, eggs etc….. We were very sad to leave and would love to go back! Missing it already! The Borg family

O hotel é muito mais do que esperávamos. Um serviço de excelência, quartos de um bom gosto e de um detalhe irrepreensível. Os colaboradores são todos fantásticos, destacando a Iuri, a Vanessa da recepção e o Hércules do serviço de praia. Detalhes em todos os espaços. Cuidado no serviço a cada momento.
