Positive points: 1 - 10 min walk. and we arrived at Ferradura beach. 2 - Excellent service from all employees!!! From reception to the girls who serve coffee and clean up. Definitely a highlight. 3 - The common area of the inn is very beautiful and cozy. The pool is great. Points of attention: It seems that there is a lack of more careful maintenance in the room, there were some small details such as the lamp with poor contact, the rusty minibar, the fan making a lot of noise, the curtain that was too short, allowing all the sunlight to pass directly onto the bed. .. Negative point: The room we stayed in (11) seemed to have some problem with the plumbing and poor ventilation, so sometimes we smelled a smell coming from the bathroom drain. Despite this, I would definitely go back to experience staying in other rooms.

Positive points: excellent value for money compared to other guesthouses in Buzios, air conditioning, very good Wi-Fi and TV, great location. Negative points: very old bathroom and floor, it deserves a nice renovation. some bath towels are stained and dingy. Room cleanliness leaves little to be desired. At check-in we found hair on the bed and on the floor. I think the entire house is old and the current owner hasn't done any renovations, but it has a swimming pool, barbecue, provides beach towels and wifi is great. Very simple but acceptable breakfast. It has parking. Staff a little dry, distant and not at all friendly.
