Pousada Solar de Búzios

Excelente lugar. Fui con mi novia y estuve en la habitación al lado de la pileta. Ubicación muy buena, cerca del centro y a 2 cuadras de Geribá. Personal muy amable, muy lindas instalaciones y excelente servicios. El desayuno es buenísimo. Gran lugar para tu estadía.

Essa foi nossa primeira pousada, tem um tempo que fomos, e como experiência de primeiros viajantes, ficamos encantados. A pousada tinha tudo o que precisávamos. Quarto maravilhoso, extremamente limpo e confortável, toda vez que saímos na volta estava arrumado, café da manhã fabuloso, tinha um salgadinho (feito com ameixa) que a última vez que comi foi quando era criança, RSS. Tinha mesa de sinuca, piscina maravilhosa, os funcionários extremamente educados, eficientes e prestativos. À tarde, ainda tinha um cafezinho com biscoito de cortesia. Enfim, nossa estadia foi maravilhosa, não temos o que reclamar e com certeza voltaremos.

Único ponto positivo é a localização ( próxima à praia de Geribá). Quarto com cheiro de mofo, tive um problema de vazamento na torneira do banheiro que não foi solucionado, colchão duro, café da manhã com poucas opções. Pelo valor cobrado, deixou muito a desejar.

Atendimento TOP Foi bem legal, atendimento top, simples porém confortável.

Ótimo custo benefício . Gostei muito da pousada, serviço e atendimento muito bom. Quarto grande confortável para família grande . Ótimo custo benefício .

Receptionist in the morning is very rude, rude and speaks in a raised tone. One of the events in question was the toilet stopped working and we spent two days without flushing the toilet, which is very bad and there was no one to resolve it. Another incident was the issue of clean towels, towels are changed every two days, I went to reception 3 times in the morning, afternoon and evening and was told that there were no clean towels, the next day I went back to request towels cleaned at 10:00 in the morning as it was the third day that they hadn't changed it and the morning receptionist was once again rude and said that if they didn't change it it was our responsibility and not theirs, something that doesn't make any sense. In addition to being rude, arrogant and rude, she made fun of us and the situation. We pay a lot for a service of this level, if you don't go head to head with it, it thinks it's superior and treats you badly, because it just worked that way. Experience with most of the employees was VERY bad, especially the female employees who make a point of mocking, treating people rudely and not having the slightest politeness while the male employees are really very polite and helpful.
